I met with Novusklinik for a cleaning and a polishing and she was SUCH A pleasure to work with. She made me feel right at home with her conversation and gentleness. I was a bit anxious going into it since I haven't had my teeth touched in a while but she did an amazing job! I am so grateful, I loved the music she played and how clean and beautiful her new clinic was!

The clinic is simply amazing. Everything is state of the art and the doctors are very professional, friendly and patient as is the staff. Everything was planned and organised down to the smallest detail. I have to praise Ali, the manager, who answered every question in advance by phone and gave my friend the best advice. We really had an all-round carefree package. Ali had organised everything perfectly, the pick-up at the airport, the very nice hotel, which was only a few metres away from the clinic. Ali was always there for us for 24 hours on 7 days. Ali had always made you laugh, even if you couldn't laugh at the moment, his positive nature is just wonderful. Ich war auf der Suche nach einem guten Ort, um Zirkoniumverblendungen machen zu lassen, und habe Kontakt mit der Istanbul Dis Akademisi aufgenommen. Ihre Herangehensweise und ihr Engagement waren aussergewöhnlich. Ich bin extra aus der Schweiz nur für sie angereist. Sie haben mich am Flughafen abgeholt und mich zunächst ins Hotel gebracht. Am nächsten Tag haben sie mich von dort zur Klinik gebracht. Die Informationen in der Klinik und die Herangehensweise des Arztes haben mich sehr beruhigt. Es sind nun 2 Monate seit meiner Zirkoniumverblendung vergangen und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich danke Professor Candan und der Familie der Istanbul Dis Akademisi sehr.

I rarely do reviews, but Dr Baysal deserves 5 stars, and I am also doing you a favour because Dr Baysal must be one of the most competent dentists in the jungle of Turkish dentistry. Firstly, he is one of only few dentists to use CT scanning as a diagnostic tool (none of my former own dentists have ever done that). His diagnoses are therefore 100% informed and accurate, and I still can’t believe I had to go to Istanbul to get that! He picked up several important issues needing attention, which my UK dentist had overlooked for years and would have caused me serious health issues later, had they not been caught by him in time. He really is exceptionally competent at diagnosing, which is fundamental and should be the basis your treatment plan yet left out by most other dentists. He addressed the necessary issues, gave me a few treatment and cost options but without pushing for additional work. His work looks amazingly natural & beautiful, but my oral health also improved so much after the treatment (combination of sinus lift/ implant/root canal/crown). In terms of dentistry work, he is a perfectionist. Weirdly, it’s a pleasure to observe him work because he is so skilled; no former dentist that I have had treatment with were as detailed or took as much time in their preparations as Dr Baysal. He even sent some crowns back to the lab because he was not perfectly happy with their shape and thought they should be 1mm longer (and he was right😊). Granted, there are cultural differences, and the clinic is more informal and ‘open plan’ than I’m used to, but perfectly clean. Information is a bit sparse, on a need-to-know basis, but I'll take that any time over my former dentists' mediocre work and ill-informed diagnoses delivered with perfect bedside manners. Dr Baysal is a genuinely caring person, very competent and I’m so, so glad I found him. I’ll happily be flying to Istanbul for even regular dental check-ups going forward. His clinic is in a great part of town, and it will be a pleasure to see him and his sweet team again. I highly recommend him. Look no further, honestly.

Went for my first appointment for implants, the service was amazing and I was treated very well. I was very nervous getting this done but I had a much better experience with them than my UK dentist. I can’t believe the difference. The pick up and drop off service was great and very helpful. The clinic was friendly and very clean. The hotel was pleasant and the locals are friendly. Looking forward to my next visit.

My name is Ebru, su got my teeth whitening at Okan dent clinic, and actually everything was very good, I had no issue, and it went really smooth. I went to Kent to have two white fillings done as well as a scale and polish. The facilities available are quite impressive, and I has given a x-ray as part of the free consultation before being given a written, costed treatment plan to accept or decline. I was apprehensive about seeking treatment abroad, but my translator, Atakan, was very informative and helpful in the lead-up to the appointment. Dr Akdereli completed the work. Unfortunately for me, the cleaning revealed further signs of decay on other teeth, which were previously hidden by plaque build-up. I was shown the areas of decay using a camera. He then offered to stick to the original treatment plan, complete all the fillings I needed on one side, or complete all on both sides for which I would need to pay the difference. I opted to have fillings completed on one side of my mouth so I wouldn’t be numb from anaesthetic across my whole face. Dr Akdereli completed the three fillings within half a hour with no pain except for one tooth where I experienced some discomfort due to the depth of the filling, which is to be expected. No visit to the dentist is ever a positive experience for me as I am an incredibly nervous patient, but I had a substantial amount of work done with minimal pain, and made a large saving compared to the UK. They even price-matched my dental clinic at home with the cost of the polish, as this was originally more expensive here. What would improve my experience realistically would be being informed of what stage of the treatment is taking place by the dentist whilst undergoing treatment. After 20 minutes, I was under the impression I was still having the first filling done, which made me panic. Dr Akdereli reassured me through our translator at this point that he was about to complete the last filling, to my pleasant surprise. He even spoke to me briefly in German, which I can speak partially to lighten the mood. I left the appointment feeling quite stunned - something which is normal for me if I have anything beyond a small filling done - Atakan sat with me in the sun until I had composed myself after the appointment. Whilst I didn’t travel to Istanbul specifically to have dental work done, I would consider returning to Kent in the future. My only hope is that the fillings last a substantial period of time, as I am writing this five days after the appointment. I have no pain in any of the teeth, the fillings are the right height, and I only have minor sensitivity to cold which is to be expected for a couple of weeks. All things considered, this was a generally positive experience.

I recently visited Fineup Dental Clinic in Turkey for a check-up and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was welcoming, the clinic clean, and the dentist thorough yet gentle. They explained things clearly, without any pressure. A good choice for straightforward, reliable dental care.

I am glad to pass by Fidel Clinic, they were all kind and helpful, the doctor gave me time and understood my needs as far as the VASER liposuction goes and even small important details. I would recommend it this is a very good place to be

I wanted to reduce my belly fat however I didn't want any invasive procedures. I got some injecitons and 10 sessions of massage. The results were satisfying! Thanks a lot to the staff and the doctor.
