I had a wonderful experience with this dentist. I was so worried before I got there but things couldn't have turned out better. My son had many teeth replaced with implants and I had a bone graft. I am anxious to return in 4 months as this dentist does an excellent job, is very efficient and explains each step. All the staff are very kind and helpful.

The office is modern, clean, and spotless. The doctor gave me a tour and I saw several examination rooms and an on-site lab for making crowns. I saw lots of gleaming equipment and half a dozen staff in the office. It’s much larger than your typical dentist office in the US. Dr Munoz gave me a really good price for root canals, crowns and an implant. It’s probably 1/3 of what it costs in the US. You could probably save more if you went to a dentist on some side street in a dusty border town. But I felt this was a first-class operation and I trusted the doctor's judgement. I can’t say the root canals were painless. They weren’t. But the pain was less than expected. Furthermore, I wasn’t even aware that he had started and almost finished placing the implant. The whole thing was over in a couple of hours. One thing I really like about the implant is that there is no waiting six months to attach the abutment and crown. He uses a more modern system where this can be done a few days after receiving the implant

I have been very happy with all the procedures I've had done with Smile Center and Dr. Sigrid. Everyone in the office is very professional and knowledgeable.

Hey folks, As far as I am aware they have been CCD for a long time now, he did have two practices at one time, one for local Mexicans and one for international. I used to see Dr Germon pronounce Her'mon all the time but recently I see others, they are all just as good and some perhaps even better, they work as a team, you could have as many as 5 people working on you at different times, dentist, oral surgeons, root canal specialist, crown moulding and fitting, I could name them all. I have been coming here for well over 12 years, he has moved three times in the same mall of America, each time larger and better. He has a very professional staff that will treat you with kindness and dignity and do a good gob. I want to tell you that I have never had any problems, but per this most recent visit 6/2024 I cannot!!! Yep an implant I had installed 18 months ago failed to take! Well, guess what? its under warranty, that's right under warranty, going to replace it with a bone graft at no charge, find me a dentist in the states that will do that. I have never been up-sold as some state. These folks take X-ray and CT scans at no cost.. they come and speak to you with there plan and an itemised price, no pressure, you choose and for my part the price they give you is the final price, unless you want more. If you do not like the price, you get up, walk out and pay nothing!! There are some people you cannot please no matter what, but CCD does a good job of trying. I feel badly for the folks that things did not go well.
