I have been putting off dental care in the U.S. even with full insurance as the cost was astronomical and services were limited by time and multiple appointments over months. I took $2000 to Fortuna dental and 2 days later had an extraction with bone graft and implant as well as 2 other additional crowns with X-rays all for under $1800!!! What an amazing experience and I am heading back this month to get more work done. I can chew and smile again without discomfort. Thank you

Porcelain crowns can be made using an inner metallic or zirconia shell or not, depending on several facts such as biting force, the way teeth close and aesthetics. In general metal less porcelain crowns are more life like than metal porcelain, but they might be less strong to withstand biting forces. Porcelain used in dentistry is like a glass and thus it is translucent, giving restorations a very natural appearance. Dental implants are substitutes for missing teeths roots and can be used to replace a single missing tooth, to support a bridge, or  to retain a complete denture. Usually 3 visits are required to complete the implant procedure: One for examination, planing and site selection, the second for surgical placement of fixtures and a third, a minimum of 8 weeks later, for placement of the final restorations. Root shaped implants are made of titanium, a metal that has proved to be bio compatible and that can actually integrate with bone to form a strong bond. I visited Eduardo in July 2024 for three crowns at half the price that occurs in the U.S. He went above and beyond in several ways that do not occur in the U.S., and he used state-of-the-art mapping and 3D printing that do not exist in my U.S. hometown. There was no pain during the procedure. Eduardo is happy to improve the lives of other persons.

I had a crown replaced. Dr. Paty was very clear in her communication. She was considerate of my comfort. 2 appointments were required and I didn’t have to wait long for completion of the work. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. I wish I had known that they only accept cash. I guess I should have asked.
