The planning for the surgery went smoothly and quickly. I managed to secure a last-minute appointment and promptly booked a budget-friendly Airbnb apartment nearby. Upon arriving in Cairo, I stayed in constant communication with Dr. Harfoush and his team. The surgery took place at a hospital. While the hospital wasn't particularly exceptional, it maintained an acceptable level of cleanliness, and the room I stayed in was adequate. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The surgery was conducted in the afternoon, and I was discharged in the evening. The follow-up appointment was scheduled for three days later, consisting of wound care and further consultation. After returning home, communication became somewhat more challenging, primarily limited to text messages and pictures on WhatsApp. Despite this, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Harfoush!

I enquired about a personal procedure and Özge made contact with me through FeelGoodHealth. She was able to arrange for an experienced surgeon to carry out the procedure as a day case with local anaesthetic as per my wishes. Prior to this she outlaid all the costs and information regarding the procedure. The cost of the procedure included my private transport and medicines required. The procedure was carried out so professionally and the clinic in which it was carried out was extremely clean and the surgeon very knowledgeable. Özge remained with me throughout, meeting me on the morning of the procedure, staying in the clinic whilst it was being carried out and afterwards, which, as I was travelling alone, I found so thoughtful and very helpful… I am so grateful for this and she is a really lovely person who made me feel so at ease. She also kept in touch in the run up to the procedure which is very personable. I am so happy I got this procedure done as it is something I have needed done for a very long time and I am so delighted with the results, and even the contact afterwards from Özge to check up on my recovery is very professional and thoughtful. I have cosmetic procedures I would like done in the future and I will be using FeelGoodHealth as I fully trust them from my own personal experience and the experience from first contact to completion and beyond is exceptional. I had the best experience with the clinic for sure. I am an international patient so the communication was the most important part for me and the Dr. and assistant were great. She gave me all the info needed with all details and always responded to my concerns. Dr Leyla as well was really great and patient while listening to my requests and she was really professional. The hospital was modern and clean and the nurses were professional, helpful, and patient I am grateful for them. I did an arm lift and tummy tuck and I am 100% glad I chose Quartz clinic

Jamie was the most efficient and kindest medical liaison with a quick response time. Dr. Duong and the hospital staff were very thorough and knowledgeable.
