Dr Renuka Shetty is a very good doctor she is very polite I am happy with the clinic. The doctor is good and staff are very cooperative. I am very much satisfied with the treatment. I had breast implant surgery and fat transfer on February 24th, 2023 and I recommend him, his team, and his clinic 100%! I'm 3 weeks post-op, and I'm extremely happy with my results so far. It's the best choice I could've made for something as delicate as surgery! I chose Dr. Gokhan Haytoglu because he had great reviews, and once I contacted his clinic, patient coordinator Demet got in touch with me right away and was very helpful in providing me with information. Then I had a video consultation with Dr. Gokhan and he did a great job explaining what the best option for me was and answered all of my questions. I left feeling sure about my choice. The clinic is beautiful and spotless, and everyone there was very, very attentive, helpful, and nice. They all spoke English too, which helps a lot. It made me feel really safe and that I was in good hands! I met Nurdan, the assistant that was with me at every step of the journey. She's very sweet and ready to help me with anything! On the day of the surgery, I was picked up from my place and taken to the hospital. It's a modern, large and clean hospital too, and we loved the room. The surgery went really well, and there were 0 complications. I woke up and was taken back to my room where a few hours later, I could eat. There was a small inconvenience in that, after eating, the nurses told me I had to change rooms in a different building inside the hospital. Having to move a few hours after surgery when I was in a bit of pain and feeling a bit dizzy, even in a wheelchair, wasn't the best. The room wasn't as nice or fancy as the first one, but it was still nice and clean, and the nurses were super attentive too, so it wasn't a big deal. I think it was most likely a hospital thing rather than from the doctor's side. The next day, Dr. Gokhan came to check up on me and I was then sent back home. They reviewed me a few more times before I left and gave me clear instructions on what to do and not to do, gave me antibiotics, painkillers, and everything I needed for a good recovery. Again, I'm so grateful for the whole team, Nurdan and Demet especially were amazing, Dr. Gokhan has magic hands and overall I'm just so happy with everything! Besides having a great journey, my breasts look so amazing - better than I expected! :)

I highly recommend Aurea Health Group. I contacted them about a very personal health problem which was causing me a lot of distress and they were so reassuring and positive. I was able to fly out to Turkey and have the operation I needed very soon after an online consultation. Rabia in particular was very supportive and has excellent communication skills. She put me at ease throughout the whole process from the initial enquiry to being discharged from hospital and then leaving the city. Both of my surgeons were very professional and diligent and I felt that they took pride in their work. The hospital was extremely clean with a huge room which felt very peaceful and comfortable. My operation has been a total success and a recent blood test back home in the U.K has confirmed that the health problems I had before the operation have now been resolved, thanks to Aurea healthcare.

I have been multiple times at the clinic for laser hair removal. I have been very pleased with the result. Very professional environment and polite staff. Everything was explained in detail, follow up afterwards and prompt meetings. I highly recommend it.
