The recovery was so fast and easy with little pain, and no complications, and after a year since I’ve had the surgery, I am over the moon with the results. I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. This clinic is simply the best they all went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. The hygiene is superb and so clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was listened to and I am more than happy with my results. Even the after care is amazing after you have your treatment they don't just leave you you have follow ups to make sure everything is fine. I will always use this clinic from now on. I was thinking about having breast reduction surgery for a long time and I was constantly giving up. I did a very good thing for myself in my life with the detailed information he gave and most importantly the confidence he gave in our preliminary meeting with Doc. Dr. Gokhan Temiz. The size and most importantly the shape of my breasts finally turned out to be exactly what I wanted. I sincerely thank him for making me smile when I look in the mirror today. Doc. Dr. Gokhan Temiz took great care of him both before and after the surgery. His post-operative accessibility was very good and he gave me detailed answers to every question I asked, regardless of the day and time, and put me at ease. I would also like to thank Ms. Buse, one of the doctor's team, for her smiling face, understanding and polite behavior. Since she also had sufficient knowledge about her job, I was able to communicate easily and ask my questions.

I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr.Durukan. I had an amazing experience, to say the least! I travelled from Ireland to Izmir and from the moment I arrived at the moment I left I could not have felt more at home. My driver Teoman collected me from the airport when I arrived, he was so friendly and welcoming, he talked me through what was going to happen in the next couple of days and was full of chat. When we arrived at the hotel he checked in for me and made sure everything was all okay, he is such a gentleman. Also, the hotel staff were wonderful and the hotel was nice and clean and modern. Teoman told me to text him if I had any problems at all, he texted me most days to make sure I was okay and to see if I needed anything. He collected me the morning after I arrived in Izmir to bring me to the hospital where he introduced me to my translator Nehir. She was phenomenal throughout the whole experience I don't know what I would have done without her she really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay and answered any questions I had throughout. There was one night after my surgery when I was in my hotel and I had a question for my surgeon about something and within 5 minutes of texting Nehir she had me on a video call with my surgeon and herself to answer my questions and put me at ease. I was so happy to know that there were people there to support me and answer any of my questions whenever and wherever. Last but not least my surgeon Dr.Durukan was absolutely amazing. I met him at first in my consultation and I knew then that I was ready to put all of my trust in him. We were on the same page about everything that I wanted to be done and he clearly explained to me everything that he was going to do before I went into surgery. After the surgery Dr, Durukan was so supportive he really does go above and beyond with all of his patients, I know from my experience that they are definitely his number one priority. I am so grateful for Dr.Durukan and his team I cannot recommend them enough! I know surgery can be very overwhelming and daunting and choosing the right surgeon is a very difficult decision but you can rest assured that with Dr.Durukan and his team you are in great hands and have 24/4 support. Thank you Dr.Durukan and your team my experience was definitely 10/10. I am over the moon with my result so far it is everything I wanted and more.

Great attention to detail. Fantastic post-surgical care, in German NACHSORGE, which is so critical. The fact that I was accommodated in a hotel did not in the least impair. My problem was a POST-OP Hernia in the abdominal area. We sourced a highly competent surgeon. The OP itself took only two days. The team from COSMETOCITY was always there for me, brought supplies and liaised with the medical personnel. The performances were great value and there always is full transparency. I know exactly what I pay for. Also honesty, no false promises made.

After discovering I had a deviated septum and difficulty breathing I decided to finally book my surgery. I was referred by a friend who already had her surgery with Dr. Ozan Seymen Sezen. From here I kept in touch with Aslı and she answered all of my questions.Maria was so patient, kind, and so comforting which made the process a lot easier. She responded very quickly to all my questions and was there for me the entire time. Prior to the surgery I was so nervous as it was my very first time having this procedure. After my consultation with Dr Ozan I felt at ease as he explained everything in detail. He just made me feel so comfortable the minute I spoke with him. First he took photos of my nose from each side and then he created a preview of what my nose would look like after recovery. He stated that it was a 1 year recovery. My one year is coming up on October 20 2021 and I couldn't be happier! I can finally breathe properly and on top of my nose is looking great! I am very happy with the results and the entire team who was there to assist. I highly recommend this doctor.
