I had the procedure carried out on the 10th June 2024, while on holiday from the UK. The whole process was so professional and seamless. From the moment I was collected from my hotel, I felt totally at ease, the transportation had Wi-Fi, on arrival at the hospital I was introduced to Pelin and the team by Songul who had been in contact with to arrange the procedure. I had my own private hospital room and was prepared and taken to the clinic. I did not feel any pain and felt totally at ease throughout the day. A few days after the procedure I had the first wash, again collected from my hotel and felt totally at ease, once again I was greeted by Songul and a member of the team. I would highly recommend using Pelin and the team, I am so happy I chose this clinic following research on the internet, one of the main reasons I chose Perlin was due to the fact she started training as an anaesthetist, and I have to say that I felt no pain whatsoever. I had approximately 4300 graphs and the whole process took approximately 7 hours with a lunch break in the middle.

Dr Burak and his team are wonderful, and super professional in beautiful clean, modern facilities. I had Dimpleplasty which was a 30-minute procedure, it's just over a week later and I'm super happy with the results thus far. I liaised with Kara from start to finish she was fantastic and super helpful. Recommend Dr Burak, he has a great bedside manner and made me feel at ease immediately.

I approached my plastic surgery with some anxiety, but I was soon reassured that I would be fine. The team of Dr. Amen Ökan and the translator Aliyah treated me so well and are a great asset to the hospital staff. I am so appreciative of all their professionalism and kindness. As well as genuine concern for my feelings. Many thanks to all who assisted me on this journey.

I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. I must admit I was petrified especially because I planned to do it alone and knew nobody in my family stand by me travelling to another country to get a gastric sleeve. In fact, I even kept it a secret from my husband until I took the final decision of going with Cosmetocity, because I knew it would be extremely hard to convince him. Undoubtedly it is, by far, the hardest and craziest decision I have taken in my life, but I needed it. My life the past 8 years had been going downhill because of difficult personal situations, I ended up with obesity and a scared face due to the hormonal problems that resulted from my depression. I left my job as a college teacher, isolated myself and ended up hating my reflection in the mirror. But last year, I began to get the courage to do something once and for all after leaving my last endocrinologist...I knew I could not continue like this... Cihan was really caring, patient and was always there to listen and answer all my queries without feeling pressured to decide. He felt really humane and unpretentious. So I chose Cosmetocity in spite of having less reviews and less popular than other companies. I had a gut feeling they were the ones! It will be a month tomorrow since I had my gastric sleeve on 13 March 2023 and all I can say is THANK YOU ! Thank you to the professional and caring Cihan; to the happy-go-lucky and kind Mert and to the beautiful and loving Nur and Deniz. As for the doctor, I chose Burhan Mayir and the SILS method. If you look at my stomach 1 month post op, you would never imagine I had a gastric sleeve. He is not only a warm-hearted doctor but also extremely professional and greatly skilled. He did a perfect procedure, especially taking into account he found an umbilical hernia that complicated the procedure, but everything went perfect. All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless! All in all, if any of you are thinking of going with Cosmetocity, don't hesitate!

I met Mona at the beginning of 2024. I was looking for a good clinic for a hair transplant and a mini tummy tuck. I was bombarded by different agencies, but one stood out. It was Holo World Health and amazing Miss Mona. She answered all my million questions and was very patient with me She made great deals too. Meeting her I'm person exceeded my expectations. Very knowledgeable, intelligent and caring person and she made my journey from arrival, through the procedures and back home, so easy. I wouldn't be able to go through the stress if she wasn't there for me. Now 9 months later I'm back for more and will never regret it. I'm very grateful I could work on things in my body, that made me unhappy and that journey is with Holo. But Miss Mona is the person that we all need on this journey. I shopped around for hair implants and with their offer they convinced me straight away they were by far more reasonable than anyone else. When I arrived at the airport I was greeted by the rep (Yagiz Aydin) wonderful guy extremely helpful nothing too much for him, he introduced me to the lady doctor who was very kind and efficient so was all her team She followed up with kindness I strongly recommend this clinic.

I’ve recently attended Maxx clinic for rhinoplasty and a breast reduction. I spoke with a lady via WhatsApp, who organised everything and arranged our stay in a lovely hotel which was done so fast and efficiently. When we arrived at the airport we were greeted by translator Derya and transporter Berke and Instantly felt welcomed by both of them. Derya was just amazing, possibly the friendliest and loveliest woman ever. As soon as we got to Turkey, we went straight to the hospital for blood and an x-ray, then transported to our hotel. The following morning I was booked in for my surgery at 9 am. I was picked up first thing in the morning by Derya and Berke and transported back to the hospital. Here I was to meet my surgeon Dr Rehber Marsil to discuss what I wanted to do, I genuinely can’t recommend Dr Rehber enough he has got to be the best surgeon in Turkey. So down to earth and just an all-around great guy, super cool too! After meeting Dr. Rehber, we read and signed over all the documents, paid and went down for surgery. Unfortunately, my partner was getting another procedure done so was unable to come with me however Derya stayed with me leading up to my surgery and wheeled me down, she reassured me and kept me at ease. Woke up from my surgery in my room and again Derya kept me company until my partner came back. The team were just unbelievable from start to finish, always checking up on both me and my partner, ensuring we were ok with everything, including we were happy with the accommodation they’d provided. The surgery went so well, my results were perfect and If I could do it all again I’d choose Maxx Clinic in a heartbeat. I’m so happy with my results, I’m just waiting to find another excuse to fly over and get some more work done with them! Cannot thank each of them for making my first surgery experience so easy.

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

My experience with Newme has been exceptional, and I have been blown away with my high level of care. The team at the hospital were very caring and the treatment coordinator was extraordinary. They answered every query I made and proficiently looked after me.

Dr Cem and all the staff were so helpful, even prior to my treatment. The contact was great and I was kept well informed. The aftercare was also exceptional. I’d highly recommend this clinic.
