I have been having issues with my lower back for a few months and as it is hard to get into a doctor and then wait for physio, so I decided to have a sports massage. Beth got to the issue and told me what the issue is. As it is an ongoing issue I will need a few treatments. Willing to pay the price to hopefully treat the issue. Special mention to Beth, who puts you at ease and is great at what she does.

I had been thrown from a golf cart and I've been in pain for a long time. I spent 8 years and hundreds of pounds going to various practitioners trying to fix my back and then I found Steve as I sat crying and thumbing through yellow pages - he was a godsend! Within half a dozen chiropractic sessions combined with acupuncture I was back to normal, pain-free and now just have maintenance appointments every few months. He is not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced but professional and yet friendly too so immediately puts you at ease. I looked for help because my spine was literary on fire. Needless to say, my body was screaming for help! One evening I decided to walk into the practice. Idea was to have a quick visit and a fix and get on with my life. Well, little did I know, how deeply rooted my pain was and that the pain itself didn't happen overnight, but over many years. After my first consultation I agreed to follow, 'the road to recovery', which was a journey that saw me attending the sessions twice a week for a month and once a week after that. Quite quickly I have noticed that my inner space and quietness was growing, my nervous system seemed to be more at peace and I also noted, that even though, my knee was never directly manipulated and adjusted by the practitioner, the pain simply disappeared. My sleep improved, my digestive system became more awake and active and my neck pain started to melt away. My morning numbness in my hands and fingers has also improved. I have been treated not just as another patient with a problem but heard and supported all the way. I will continue with my visits as my body and my mind feel so much lighter. Dr. Ari and Tugba are simply an amazing team!
