Excellent treatment. Very professional and was given an appointment the same day. After two treatments I was back on the golf course, hopefully, the lower back problem is fixed.

I had been thrown from a golf cart and I've been in pain for a long time. I spent 8 years and hundreds of pounds going to various practitioners trying to fix my back and then I found Steve as I sat crying and thumbing through yellow pages - he was a godsend!

Within half a dozen chiropractic sessions combined with acupuncture I was back to normal, pain-free and now just have maintenance appointments every few months.

He is not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced but professional and yet friendly too so immediately puts you at ease. He is also polite, kind and when looking for someone to trust with your back all these things matter.

I was suffering from excruciating pain from a restricted left shoulder joint, this limited my ability to work and confined me to restricted movements. I have a history of joint problems including my neck and lower back. I have visited many "Chiro's" over the years.

Steve was recommended by my stepson, who is a fisherman his line of work puts massive stress on many joints and muscles. I was very impressed on my first visit. Especially his professionalism, the speed at which he works and giving value for money.

He gave me great relief, he also worked on my neck, which gave me greater speed with my right hand on the organ keyboard. Which had been slowing down for many years, it amazed me.

Have been experiencing lower back problems for a number of years ever since my job became more desk-bound. My back was the worse it has ever been and I could not walk and had to be helped to the clinic even though I work opposite.

Susan Hill has been managing my problem ever since and I can say this practice is the best I have ever been to. Susan took the time to listen and go over my history with me pointing things out that hadn't been explained to me before. She has a very calm, warm and assuring demeanor. Within 3 close appointments, I am able to walk and sit without the excruciating pain. I have also been sleeping much better.

I shall be continuing with my treatment here as I am very reassured that I am in the best hands. This practice is busy - a busy chiropractor is the sign of a good one. I highly recommend.

I managed to injure my back lifting something I should not have done. I was in extreme pain. I could not even contemplate going over to Southampton to the chIro I normally go there as was excellent and had sorted me out many times.

However, I did have a reoccurring sciatic pain or certainly pain down my left side, pain most days and that was for several years. So I persevered with Steve at Back In Form. I have not felt this good in years. The strength I thought gone forever down the left side is now more or less normal and most of the time I am pain-free.

Very through treatment included some acupuncture. Just so pleased that I found Steve here in Bournemouth at Back in Form. Would definitely recommend.

I did have an MRI scan done and that showed arthritis in the spine and two vertebrae out of alignment so that is the cause of any pain but attending Back in Form and seeing Steve every 8 weeks is keeping me mobile and very largely free of any pain. I am so happy about it.

Just found Back In Form on the internet. I usually go over to a Chiro in Southampton from Bournemouth but I was crying with pain and could not face the journey. Fortunately just by accident really I chose the right place to go. Was in a lot of pain but thought Steve with a very professional person and the pain was so extreme I kept going in the first couple of weeks. Now I just go to Steve at Back in Form regularly every 8 weeks.

I have used Back in form for the last couple of years and can categorically say, they are the best clinic I have ever been to. Both Steve (Chiropractor) and Lucy (Sports Massage) are excellent. Very professional, great clinic and always ready to go that extra mile. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I had a sports massage with Katie. No I'm not sporty and am 66yrs old, and have noticed my muscle tone and flexibility had decreased considerably. An hour after this treatment my body feels younger and my neck, back and shoulder muscles are much less tense and no where near as tight. I have booked another massage to concentrate on my weakened thigh muscles, and Katie has advised me of some light stretching that will help to maintain the good she has done today. I thoroughly recommend Katie and this massage to anyone else who's body is feeling iits age

The receptionist is very polite and helpful, the rooms are clean and the ambience of the waiting room calm and peaceful. The radio was on low, and plenty of magazine choice if like me you attend your appointment a little early.

Having recently moved into the Poole area I wanted to find a local chiropractor to take over treatment of my intermittent, but debilitating, back and hip pain from which I have suffered for over 20 years, following a road traffic accident. A few searches led me to Steve Oldale at Back In Form.

Steve is amiable, professional and very good at his job - my back hasn't felt this good in years. Definitely the best chiropractor I have seen.

Regular treatments, sound advice and simple exercises to do at home mean that I really am Back In Form.

I'm the toughest client to please when it comes to Chiropractors and Physiotherapists as in my past experience I have never been able to find a good one. Steve however is very good, I have been a patient for over a year now and I can honestly say as long as I go in when I should my lower back has improved. On another note Steve is always professional and he genuinely does care about helping his patients, he's also honest and only asks you to come in when necessary unlike some practitioners who are adamant you need 4 sessions a week for 6 weeks before they even examine you. I would recommend Steve to anyone.
