It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

My grandmother had a Laparoscopic surgery for her Hernia at Nightingale and the whole experience from beginning to end was great and smooth. The hospital was clean and the doctors were very friendly and patient (even with my grandmother who spoke very little English). They made sure to explain everything as clearly as possible and even used Google Translate to ensure she understood every step of the way. The surgery also went well and she was discharged within 5 days - she has been recovering well since. A special shout-out to Alisher who guided us through the whole process and answered every single one of my many questions, whilst also visiting the ward and checking in on us everyday to ensure everything was going as smoothly as possible. Had a tummy tuck with the lovely Dr Mindaugas Kazanavicius. I felt at ease straight away and have received excelled care by all the staff and nurses at the hospital. I would highly recommend it. And it’s excellent value for money, I doubt I would have got any better in the UK.
