If you have any doubts about going to Lithuania and having your bariatric surgery with Nordbariatrics then don’t. From the initial contact onwards they were fantastic. I was looked after with the utmost professionalism and care from the time I arrived until the time I left. Every person working there really cares about your treatment, from the logistics department to the surgical department. I really am so happy I chose Nordbariatrics for my gastric bypass. I was worried about my health getting older and being unable to lose weight as easily as I used to so I chose Dr Hatem for gastric sleeve surgery based on his credentials and positive reviews. I travelled from New Zealand to Cairo and was met by his friendly driver at the airport. I was driven directly to the hospital to meet the Dr, then I underwent a series of tests (ultrasound, blood, ECG). I had my surgery the next morning and was well cared for afterwards by the hospital staff until my discharge three days later. I would recommend it to anyone who feels they need bariatric surgery. I had an excellent experience with Dr Hatem and his team. My thanks to Dr Hatem and his team and the hospital staff for their care.

I had my surgery 5 months ago. I have lost 6 st in weight and feel amazing. It has changed my life and my family's life. I have not needed to use crutches since before Christmas and my mental health has improved 10 fold. My only regret is that I didn't have this surgery sooner. The Alex, in Cheshire, is a fabulous hospital and couldn't do enough for me. They even gave my children ice cream when they came to visit me. As for 'The Prof' Prof. Senapati. He is one of the top surgeons in his field and what he doesn't know about bariatric surgery, doesn't need knowing. He was warm, friendly, put me at ease immediately, and his sense of humour is fantastic. I would recommend him and The Alex to anybody.

After trying numerous times to lose weight, decided to take the plunge with the surgery. Dr Ravi was recommended by a work colleague - and going with Dr Ravi is a decision I will not regret. He explained the procedure and the changes I would need to make to ensure success and he was clear, if I couldn't make the changes this may not be the way forward. Dr Ravi keeps it clear, tells you what you need to know and with his team makes sure that everything is in place to help you succeed. Trouble free surgery, no complications afterwards and a drop from 118kg to 88kg in 3 months - I couldnt be happier. Thanks Dr Ravi and all your team.

I’m gonna be honest, I was really freaking out thinking that I made the wrong decision the first couple of days, now I could not be any happier that I made the decision to get VSG! I am 30, and was nervous doing it so young, but now I feel like I will have much more of my life left to enjoy by making this decision.
