I have found the clinic on this site and made some queries straight away including other few clinics, however, Serenay from Medco was the most prompt and professional person by far. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and manner. Since my arrival on the 07/11/19 from the transfer and admission, everything went very smoothly at Reyap Hospital in Istanbul. I had my first tests shortly after my arrival (1 am) and in the morning I was welcomed by Sereney, had seen my doctor (Dr Mirhan Tosun), had more tests and all my results were good to have surgery not long after lunch. All the staff was very efficient, accommodating and friendly despite the language barrier. I had an amazing experience and I am so very pleased to choose Medco and Reyap! Dr. Nejat Rustamov, what can I say about him! I went for a plane deep facelift and breast lift, he had his way of convincing me to add a tummy tuck(gave birth to 6 kids), so without a lot of thinking. I said sure, tummy tuck it is! Wow, what a great doctor. He's so professional, so friendly, funny, he makes you feel so comfortable and valued. The surgery took about 6 hours. His assistant, Rahma, was with me step by step, answering my too many questions, she was very honest, very supportive, and never a day made me fee that she was bothered from my questions. After surgery they were taking great care of me. Checking on me, answering all my questions and concerns. So far everything seems to be healing nicely. Nurses in the hospital so sweet and caring. Very clean hospital. I will definitely recommend Dr. Nejat. I came from USA to Turkey by myself. They took great care of me. My final results won't show until atleast 3 more weeks, I'll update then. But for now, I'm so happy that I chose him as my doctor.
