I don’t know where to start!!! The whole process was amazing! I went for a gastric sleeve surgery on 8th May 2024 and the communication was and still is very clear and they’re quick to respond to any questions I have. Approximately, two weeks before I would book everything I had a video consultation with both my coordinator Leila and Dr. Cem whom would be performing the surgery. After that video call, I immediately felt that I made the right choice. No other company or doctor would ever take the time to video call a patient who hasn’t paid or booked anything with them. They offer 3 nights in the hospital and 2 nights in a hotel, enough time for me to heal well enough and within reach if something were to happen. Other companies discharge you almost the second day after the surgery and fly you back home! They genuinely care for their patients and love their work. The cost was good considering the marvellous service and treatment I received. The hospital was very clean, nice and welcome you with warm hands. The hospital team are very quick to respond to my needs and are very gentle and polite, they all have a big smile on their face. The doctor himself was visiting me every day to check on my progress and he has such a lovely personality. The 5-star hotel was very beautiful and elegant and I enjoyed my stay there. Overall the whole team are amazing and I would do it again if I could and definitely recommend Olympia Health Group to everybody.
Cannot thank my coordinator Fatih Ozturk enough for all the help, all the arranging, the checking in with me and making sure I'm okay, especially as I travelled alone for my surgery from the UK. Equally I cannot put into words how grateful I am for all the staff at Istanbul obesity academy that have cared for me during my for 4 day stay for my gastric sleeve surgery, they were fantastic and so caring towards me. I was recommended to this clinic by my friend who had used them for her gastric sleeve in September and I'm so glad I went ahead. From start to finish from booking surgery, flights, airport transfers to and from the hospital has all been so smooth. I had a gastric sleeve three month ago at Clinic Bariatric, located in Turkey. The doctor and all the staff members are very friendly and good. Whenever I need them, they check me from time to time. The ambiance of this clinic is extremely comfortable. Now I reached my ideal weight, and the best part of my weight loss is that I easily fit on my small size dresses, which were impossible in the past. After surgery, when I first saw my figure in the mirror, I was extremely happy, and I have no words to describe my feelings now. I am very thankful for all the staff members and doctors who helped me throughout my session.
