I didn't like the hospital they used for the surgery and I do regret paying $3600 in cash, I had to leave 3 days early for an emergency and Oliver the coordinator from Novemed refused to refund the money for the hotel stay and returned only $100 for the extra day I paid, he advised me that the hotel will not return the money, I already spoke to the hotel and they said we will return the money but you should take it from Novemed as they booked the hotel for you!!! Please pay in a Credit card! I have all the conversations via WhatsApp and voice notes. Other than that, everything was fine.

He always replied fast and was always there if I had any questions, even during night time. When I was brought back to the hotel, which I must say was outstanding as well, the nurse came every day to check me. Dr Murat Sarici is a very high professional doctor and I would highly recommend him and this hospital to anyone who is planning to go for plastic surgery abroad.
