I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and my family members had eclipse balloons. It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs such professional medical attention and hygiene at very affordable prices. 😀

I have to write a very long review about the experience you will have in this clinic because they take care of every detail and everyone works for your satisfaction. I thought it was crazy to go from France to Turkey to have surgery, but I definitely made the right decision. Dr Cem, Zeynep, the assistants, the nurses, the transport team, and the hotel staff, I would like to thank everyone one by one. Excellent team!

I am really impressed with Novemed. Everything from booking to transfers to the op itself has been efficient and professional. I went on my own and they helped me every step of the way. On to a new, healthier life now!

I had the gastric sleeve on the 6th of December 2023 as I was unhappy with my weight from the moment I got there to the moment I left i was treated amazing I couldn’t recommend this company enough I do not regret my decision second, I went with this clinic as it had good reviews and i know others who also went with this company and had an excellent experience with amazing results. As soon as I arrived at the airport we were greeted and our transport was gorgeous we then arrived at the hospital where I filled out paperwork and got some tests done after that I got to relax the rest of the day, the next morning, when I woke up my translator Damla who was amazing through the whole thing, kept me feeling positive and was there if I needed anything day or night, took me for the rest of my tests and later that day I got my surgery done by Dr Erdem who I also couldn't recommend enough and it went great no complications and was only sore for a couple of hours after the surgery. A few days later I was taken down to see a nutritionist with my other translator Alex who as well was amazing with me the nutritionist explained my diet told me which things to eat and drink and which things not to and also gave me a target goal, I was then kept till the Saturday and the nurses and the rest of the staff were great always checking on me making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed they also gave me protein shakes, vitamins, stomach protectors and painkillers to take home with me overall I would say my experience was great and I recommend it to anyone.

Recently received treatment at the medivia hospital and the service was amazing from start to finish. The pick-up from the airport was very professional and stress-free. I was then greeted by Amal who made my whole trip a pleasure she was with me every step of the way and made everything so easy and again stress free and cannot thank her enough. My surgeon was also a very pleasant guy who made me again feel at ease Dr. Mehmet gurler. I would definitely not hesitate to come back if I required further surgery. I cannot recommend CatchLife Clinic highly enough. My first enquiry was for myself to have a breast lift and reduction. At this point, I was contacted via WattsApp by a coordinator named Tunahan. Obviously I was very anxious about even considering going to Turkey for the procedure but Tunahan along with the surgeon Dr Kamil Manav answered all my questions, providing advise and explaining the process. My husband then asked me to make enquiries for him to have lower & upper eye surgery along with a facelift. Again, all our questions were met with a profession empathy. We also wanted to stay for longer than the 7 days offered as part of the package so CatchLife negotiated a special price for us at the hotel. On arrival at Antalya airport we were met at arrivals and transferred straight to the private hospital for me to have my pre-op tests. The next morning I was collected from the hotel at 7am, assigned a female coordinator called Derin who was fluent in English. Dr Kamil Manav met me in my private room to discuss my procedure and measure up. The next bit seemed to happen in a bit of a blur and I was being woken up approximately 4 hours later with my new breasts!! I'm not going to pretend its painless but to be honest not half as bad as I was expecting. The after care, including pain relief and advise on what you can and cannot do is very thorough. I am so pleased I took the plunge and am so happy with my new boobs. My husband was next but his story did not go quite so well. His eye surgery had been completed but unfortunately his blood pressure became so unstable the rest of the procedure had to be cancelled. The fact that the decision was made to discontinue the procedure due to his health and not just to continue for the money, again makes me believe how professional the CatchLife Team are. I was made aware immediately of the complications so I could be beside my husband when he came round from the anesthetic. My husband has fully recovered and has visited his own Doctor at home to correct his blood pressure. He has not been put off by the experience and his hoping to return to Antalya in May to complete his treatment. In summary, CatchLife made the process from start to finish very easy. All of the staff were very pleasant and professional. The cost of the procedures were approximately half what we would have paid at home and all tied in with 14 nights in a 5 star all inclusive hotel......what's not to like :-)

After 2 failed surgeries in the UK I was wary about going back for another never mind in Turkey. I needn’t have worried from the very first interaction with Dr Suleyman and his coordinators I was treated with more care and attention than I ever had in the UK. My surgery in October was a complete success and I am now on my way to a healthier and happier life all thanks to my surgeon who really does care for his patients both before and after surgery. If you’re on the fence I would recommend having a consultation with him. You won’t be disappointed.

I spoke to Irem nearly a year before my surgery. She was the first person I had spoken to when I was doing my research that didn't just want to talk money with me. She asked how I was!!! Everyone at the hospital is lovely, and kind and can not do enough. I would advise anyone to use this hospital. Nothing is too much bother. I am 4 months in and 5 stone down. I have dropped from a size 22/24 to a size 12/14 and got my life back. I could not be more happy with the choice I made.

I went to grand medical in March 2024 for a gastric sleeve, I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish. My personal assistant Mel he is also doctors assistant was absolutely fantastic, he picked me up from the airport and drove me to the hospital, translated all questions and also took me shopping when I was back on my feet. Dr Osman was great, a very skilful surgeon and checked in with me everyday. The nurses was great, translated through google translate and delivered high care whilst on the ward. Everyone was very friendly and always attended to you needs. I’m so glad I chose grandmedical, I lost half a stone in the first week, and would definitely recommend grand medical hospital.

I could be discharged 2 days after gastric sleeve and fly back home. 5 Days after operation I was back at my job. Mustafa Erol is a great surgeon. I would really recommend him.

The entire process was easy. Communication via WhatsApp with the doctor and his team was great. They replied really quickly to any questions or queries. The balloon insertion procedure went well. Quick process. I feel I was given all the information I needed for post-installation recovery.
