I have travelled from UK in April 2021 and I had a gastric sleeve surgery done at Erdem Hospital (Çamlıca Erdem Hastahanesi). Also, I had a few dental implants done at Erdem Dental Clinic, the following week. I am very happy regarding the care and professionalism of doctor Ali Solmaz and his team. I had no complications and now I feel nearly recovered and back to normal, 3 weeks after VSG surgery. Also I have lost a significant amount of weight since the surgery and I am hoping to lose more. I highly recommend Erdem hospital, Dr Ali Solmaz and his team for Bariatric Surgery. Early July I will return to finalise the dental treatment and I will definitely use Erdem Hospital if I will need plastics later on this year.

Great Experience! Initially, I was reluctant to make the decision to proceed with the Gastric Sleeve procedure with any clinic as it’s a big decision. My Partner came across Dr. Cem Arslan Clinic. We found a contact number and to my surprise it was actually Dr. Cem's WhatsApp (Business Account). We arranged a video call that evening and I was grateful to meet Dr. Cem and have an open discussion about the procedure, why I wanted to do it and a few health questions (nothing intrusive). I recall asking Dr. Cem, why he provided his time as other clinics did not do this. He responded by saying this is how we operate and he wanted to provide a personal service, where possible. This was great to hear as a few weeks prior, I was in contact with another Clinic, where all my medical questions were relayed back to the Doctor but I did not feel the same connection. Regarding the communication with Dr. Cem, please note that English is not his primary language but the conversation was manageable. I was then contacted by the Medical Co-ordinator on the 19th August. Zeynep was awesome. She had been through the procedure with the clinic herself and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I had concerns about the procedure and as with any operation (whether in the UK or Abroad) there are risks. There was no pressure to proceed and was advised to research more online. Zeynep also informed me that any hint of risk identified during pre-tests, however small, the procedure would not be possible. Zeynep goes beyond coordinator, very professional, to the point and cares about your well-being. Arrived in Turkey on the 18th September and was met by Sercan at the airport who took me and another patient to our Taxi. Really nice minivan/SUV with comfortable seats and TV to watch music videos. Sercan was professional, polite and even offered to carry the luggage (Not his job but was decent of him to ask). Due to Zeynep being unavailable for the arrival, all the coordination was done by Almira. I was notified in advance, so no issues at all in change of coordinators. Arrived at the hospital and was greeted by Almira. Almira is very professional, courteous and a humble person. Like Zeynep, Almira naturally cares about your wellbeing. I got into the hospital room and then taken for a series of tests. Probably took an hour end to end, not much waiting. Almira was with me throughout the pre-tests. Next day was the surgery and Almira came back in the morning and stayed with me until I went down for Surgery. I had a visit from the Doctor to say I would be the first operation of the day. At no point do I recall Almira or anyone asking me for Payment as soon as I arrived. However, I did make payment before the operation as its a service being offered. The company Op. Dr. CEM Clinic are professional and not after your money. They only want the best for you based on my experience. Surgery took an hour. I will be honest, the moment I woke, I had nurses around me and Almira. I struggled a bit to adjust to coming off the Anaesthetic but Almira was by my side, even when I was throwing up (common side effect with Anaesthetic) and I felt relieved and calm. Throughout the next few days/ nights, Nurses visited me to check on IV drips, and painkillers and encouraged me to walk a lot. Yes, walking is very important. I wish I did more walking. The Doctors visited me each day to check on me, which showed they cared a lot. I was only meant to stay in the Hospital for 3 days. However, the team showed great empathy I was offered to stay in the hospital for 2 more nights, to keep me comfortable. Forgot to mention, a day after Surgery, I went down to get a standing CT scan to check for any leakages with the Sleeve. All was clear, which was a relief. You can see the fluid that was given travelling down your oesophagus to your New Stomach. On the 5th Day, I was discharged and before leaving, I got a visit from Zeynep (who an amazing person to meet), Almira and the Dietician (Gokce). Gokce explained what I could eat/drink in detail, what I should expect from the change in lifestyle and the benefits. I was given medication and vitamins to take back home along with my discharge papers. Gokce is very knowledgeable and still provides me after care with my diet via WhatsApp app. Thank you Gokce for keeping me on track. My overall experience was fantastic. I did my research and kept my NHS GP updated pre and post-operation. When I explained my experience was in Turkey to the NHS GP, my weight loss to date and how good I felt, my GP was very happy for me. Just over 3 weeks from Surgery and I have lost nearly 12kg. Doing the bariatric surgery with Novemed was one of the best decisions I ever made. The team was very nice, they explained everything carefully and they made me feel at home. The hospital is great as well as the staff and they always treated me kindly. The surgeon was also great and really friendly. I totally recommend them 😄

Mummy makeover, had the gastric sleeve done last January, and after a great experience then decided to use Clinics United again for Tummy Tuck and Breast lift with implants. Want to say a big thank you to Claudia who looked after us very well before, during and after our trip, any questions we asked were answered promptly and there were lots. Also, our Surgeon was amazing and his aftercare so far has been fantastic he is genuinely concerned that you feel at ease and has a lovely manner. I am so happy with the results so far and look forward to the very results.

What a journey it has been! Obesity patients will understand me quite well, the process we are going through is really not easy. I met Mrs Petek from Medivia in a period when my weight and my psychology were in a horrible condition. My journey started by first getting to know Medivia general surgery doctor Mrs Petek, who understood the psychological condition I was in and she walked me through patiently step by step all the processes that are waiting for me. I was welcomed at Istanbul airport and the rest was easy. I had a very successful Gastric Sleeve operation and can say I was very satisfied with the doctor and postoperative nurse care process as well as my nutrition and diet specialist. I recommend Medivia to anyone who wants to have this operation. The team is very experienced and it is important to be in good hands. Thanks once again!

Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. May they be blessed to continue the hard work, commitment and care they provide for struggling individuals who commit to entrusting their lives, vulnerabilities, fears and emotions into the hands of such good noble and humble people.

I arrived back in the UK yesterday after a rhinoplasty with Dr Kadri last week and honestly, I can’t believe how smoothly everything went and how happy I am with the results. From someone who is a worrier and over-analyser please take it from me that you are in great hands. I am the review queen, and I usually read every single review before even booking a restaurant to eat at.. so I did not choose vanity without a lot of research!!! From the moment we arrived and the driver picked us up from the airport we were made to feel at ease straight away. Although we didn’t speak the same language, he was smiling and happy and insisted on carrying our luggage for us. Our flight was delayed by hours and none of this was a bother at all they had us totally covered to a point we were even at the hospital getting our bloods at 11pm. The hotel was fabulous and the staff there could not do enough for you. We met Umut the morning of our surgery who was honestly a ray of sunshine when my anxiety levels were through the roof, he managed to make me laugh and smile when inside I was crying! He made sure everything went smoothly when it came to signing paperwork and keeping me in the loop, also making sure my sister got moved rooms to be beside me which was amazing. Dr Kadri is an absolute nose wizard, his talents are unbelievable. He knew exactly what I wanted without me having to tell him very much at all (because I didn’t know how to explain my problems and how I thought they could be fixed!). I know a lot of people go in with “inspiration” pictures etc but I had nothing like that.. all I wanted was a nose that looked natural and fitted my face! His calm and gentle demeanour had me trusting him from the beginning and I am so lucky to have had him as a surgeon. It was very much a simple, no-fussing approach which I like because I just wanted to know I was in good hands, I was happy to be the passenger and him the driver! I was fully prepared not to like my nose straight away (as that’s what I read) but I’ve loved it from the moment my cast came off. I’ve not had one bruise on my face, maybe I just got lucky?! But my recovery was so smooth and stress-free and I can honestly say I have no regrets at all, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life coming to see Dr Kadri at Vanity. I know I still have a long road ahead in terms of recovery and how my nose will settle down but I feel like I can only get happier.

What an amazing experience ! It all started when I contacted Catchlife enquiring about a breast uplift and reduction. Veronica was my main contact and she was brilliant, always on the other end of the phone to answer my questions. I arrived in Turkey and was picked up at the airport and brought to the hospital for checks. Two days later I had my surgery.I was picked up by Mari a beautiful young lady who was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and helped me in everyway possible. I met with Dr Onur Ogan, who explained everything - what a lovely man he was. I was then down for surgery. The hospital was great and comfortable, I even had a flat screen Tv not like we have in England 😂. I stayed a night in the hospital and then was discharged. The team were always on the other side of the phone. The day before I was due to go home I went to see the nurse and I was fit to fly. It sounds so straight forward but it really is. It's no different to having it done in England. Turkey is beautiful and the people I met along my journey were friendly, kind and beautiful ❤️ I couldn't recommend catch life enough. Perfect experience and I have the boobs I've always wanted. Even now I'm back in England all I do is message Veronica and she is always happy to help. My experience from start to finish was 100% excellent. I got a gastric sleeve. Asli was amazing and made me feel so relaxed and answered all my questions. The hospital was spotless, the nurses were excellent and my surgeon was so lovely and approachable.. I would use AYT again for any thing 😊😊

I wait for a reasonable time before I put my review as I wanted to be based on facts, not emotions. Also, I wanted to see how the aftercare is. What is important for people that reading these reviews is the outcome of everything. I had Mommy Makeover (Tummy Tuck, breast reduction/uplift, Vaser liposuction plus flanks) on 12th December 2022. Now I am 3 mpo. The results for me are as expected. First, because I was observing this surgeon's work for around 8 months alongside three other doctors before choosing him. Second, I followed every single piece of advice and recommendation by them 3 months before the surgery and continued after to avoid complications. 1. Transfer- as described. (Drivers are experienced and gentle, sensitive to the pain you are experiencing). 2. Hotel- as described (I wasn't on holiday there so it is more than enough you need. Brilliant). 3. The hospital - Modern, clean, good food, friendly staff. 4. The Surgeon - Dr Yusuf Acar, polite and gentle man. Didn't see him much but his art is on me forever. 5. Mayclinik staff- Well, here is something that I didn't expect, to be honest. Apart from the good service which is expected for private clinics, the Personal touch! Yes, it is important who makes your operation but does anyone think about all around? Nurses are these not appreciated enough. Mayclinik nurses are different from the hospital staff. They know you are terrified and they talk to you with so much patience and care. This journey is not only physical it is mental too. For me, the role of the nurses completes and finishes the doctor's job. Forgive me I don't remember all names but Eda, Deniz, Burcu, Ceren. 6. After Care- Nazli, a lovely lady that I catch replies to me even outside of working hours. I didn't have major complications just small things. Recently they opened an Aftercare / Consultation branch in London that I visit There is a doctor, a plastic surgeon that speaks with you not just nurses, dr Sam. His approach was just amazing. He ensured all is healing well, gave me some advice answered everything possible I had in mind to ask with patience and arranged another check in 2 months to observe a lump I have around my stitch. 7. Communication- Well, the communication with my coordinator wasn't the best experience compared to other clinics that I researched. Do not get wrong impression if they don't respond straight away and you need to remind them. They are really busy I saw with my eyes. However, if you want to complain you can always find a reason. I am fine, this is not an important aspect for me. In conclusion, I can say I had a good experience with Mayclinic, I am happy of my choice of doctor. Happy with the price I paid. Happy with the service and care I have received for this price. Happy with the outcome. You can trust all is genuine.

The gastric sleeve weight loss surgery is very life changing and a success. Losing weight, feeling good, energetic, happy, dreams coming true, confident, active sex drive, sleeping better and the list goes on. The surgery is the best investment I have ever made. I choose the clinic because of the positive impact and changes they made on people lives. The doctors and nurses were very welcoming and helpful at the clinic at the start until the end. I will highly recommend the clinic and use this opportunity to thank the doctors and staff and the clinic 🙂.

I underwent a BBL, breast lift and reduction, and knees liposuction with the Surgery TR team. Their professionalism and support throughout each phase of the treatment were exceptional. Despite travelling from France alone, I felt in good hands and received superior care compared to what I might have had in my home country. The surgery was successful, my breasts look amazing, and the morning after the liposuction, I can already see my abs, although still quite swollen and bruised. Recovery was remarkably smooth, back to my computer the next day, though sleeping remains challenging due to positioning. Eager to witness my results once the swelling subsides, I am deeply grateful to the Surgery TR team for their excellent care.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Treated like a VIP from start to finish. I had my gastric sleeve in Feb 2023, and now in April 2024, I'm nearly 9 stone down. All thanks to Martin's clinic. They have been supportive from start to even now, in contact now keeping an eye on me. The hospital I stayed in was more like a hotel it was beautiful and clean. I brought a friend with me who was looked after like a VIP as well. I couldn't fault the clear information given to me, and the care given to me was 10/10.

I had treatment and was assisted by Irem and Sasha. Both of them were amazing from start to finish and the doctors at the hospital were amazing too. I had a positive experience and would highly recommend anyone to go through bridge health travel for procedures.

After 3 months I was able to lose 25 kg. Was not easy but the doctor and his team helped me. Thanks a lot.

I had gastric sleeve surgery in Istanbul with Dr Bora along with my aunt. He did a great job with quick recovery and a very clean and caring staff. Nice hospital would definitely recommend.
