I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. I strictly recommend Novus clinic to everyone that want to have a nice smile with the best quality materials and services.

A great great experience with an over qualified specialist. A real pleasure to allow a dental professional with a PhD to work diligently on my teeth. Before during and after every aspect of the surgery was explained to produce the best outcome. Time was not an issue perfection however was. If you want a travel agent I suggest you book with one of the many places available, personally I choose the dentist who has the phd as he’s simply more qualified. As I feel I’m more then capable of jumping in a taxi and using a Hotel booking site! When I’m in Europe cam will remain my dentist!

Very pleased with cataract surgery in Izmir. Everything went as the plan suggested. Met at airport, from there on in contact with me until final assessment. Picked up dropped off and escorted through all clinic visits. Clinic so clean, very thorough, and everything explained to me. So supportive. Very pleased with outcome. The hotel was fabulous. My son needed implant prices are prohibitive in the U.K. In the past I had dental implant treatment in Istanbul the service and price had been good, the clinic I used was on the Asian side however our itinerary and places to visit were primarily on the European side also the clinic I used didn’t offer the premium implant we wanted this led me to Ihlamur dent. I liaised directly with Dr Karabey he answered all questions that I posed. My son had an Astra tech implant placed in his upper jaw there was a slight complication as he also needed a sinus lift, this was done at an additional cost and confirmed by a 3D panoramic X-ray. The doctor seemed very competent and efficient at his job and the implant was placed professionally by an expert who knew what he was doing. We were given a briefing with regard to aftercare. All this for a third of the price back home, we now await the osseointegration process to conclude usually 4 months before our second visit for the crown. I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. All the staff are extremely friendly and I was treated like a VIP. I can highly recommend the clinic. They are so professional and experts in their treatments.

I had a previous upper Bleph that left me with scars/indents on my upper Lid. After intensive research, various consultations and even a trip to the USA was mostly told to not undergo another surgery since there was not enough skin to fix the scarring-/ so I was told. Then I found Dr Elif from Medhera Health Clinic, right after the first video consultation she gave me a calm reassuring feeling. I decided to undergo the revision with her and travelled from Germany to Antalya. Upon meeting her for the consultation she thoroughly explained what she planned on doing and also listened to my concerns and answered all questions. On the day of surgery, everything went well, she and the Medhera Health team made sure I was taken care of and made me feel at peace doing the procedure. We stayed in constant communication during my stay in Turkey before she removed the suturing. It's been over a week now since the surgery, I'm still healing but I can tell by the suturing that I will barely have any scarring. I cannot thank Dr Elif enough for restoring my eyes and confidence again. Not only is this woman well skilled in her expertise but she actually cares about her patients and exudes that warmth. I am forever grateful to her.

What can I say? Professional and courteous from start to finish. I had full teeth extraction upper and lower and had dental implants upper and lower. All the staff were very friendly and put me at ease at all times. Dr Ozgur did a fantastic job of full extraction and full implants with zero pain. His skill are amazing. Special thanks to Tulay the coordinator. She is in constant contact and ready to help at all times, and very reassuring. I return in 3 months for the final dentures and have temporary dentures until then which is a bonus. I actually look forward to going in February !! I cannot recommend Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic highly enough.

Had a dental implant in September and went back in May to have my crowns done. Price of the work was very good and it was done to a high standard, even got a translator for me. Very impressed and happy with the team and would recommend her as a dentist, she likes perfection.

I had the Flapless All Six treatment and I was very satisfied with everything. I thank the clinic staff and doctor Çeçen once again from here.
