Services superb. All interventions, from implants to different corrections were done by the highest professional standards. I was not an easy patient, but Dr Bassim and his staff did everything possible to make it in the best possible way. He managed to calm me down and helped me deal with my fears. Due to the lack of appropriate services and support in my native country, I sought a viable alternative. Bookimed recommended Aqua Health, in particular Professor Baris Nuhoglu, to perform gender reassignment surgery. After an initial consultation online with the professor, I forwarded relevant information specific to my particular needs and wants. I then arranged an appropriate date and time to visit Istanbul for the procedure. I was picked up from the airport and placed in a lovely hotel for one night then I spent three nights in the hospital, where the staff were friendly, welcoming and supportive. In particular, Fatima, a daytime healthcare assistant, was extremely attentive and always had a smile on her face. This helped to make me feel more comfortable and relaxed. She was a real angel. Professor Baris, an incredibly personable yet unassuming gentleman, was always on hand to answer any questions and incredibly professional in attitude and approach. In addition, Dr. Hakan Hoser and his wife, Beritan Hoser, were extremely helpful, not least in terms of translation and reducing anxiety and concern. They even provided transport to and from the hospital and airport. Throughout the whole process, there has been fluid and efficient communication by Bookimed, Aqua Health and Mr. and Mrs. Hoser. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied and happy, not only with the procedure, but also with the very professional, supportive and respectful approach provided.

Nothing but positive things to say. I originally saw Dr. Ismael in 2019 and once again had the pleasure of bring in Jordan and having dental work done here. I had a failed implant done in the USA (2022) and a little bit unsure of dentists after that but confident that Dr. Ismael would be able to succeed where the other dentist had failed. Following my implant, I can now smile without covering my face and my words are better understood... and the time and patience he took to get the correct colouring on the crown has been well appreciated by me. From the moment you arrive in Costa Rica to the day you leave is truly a wonderful experience. I needed about $50,000 worth of dental work done in the states. I believe it cost me 7000. That is with lodging, travel, expenses and food. The whole staff from Sergio, who picks you up at the airport to the wonderful people in the office I have nothing but praise. How often do you have a Dentist stay till 10 at night to make sure your teeth are done properly? The dental work was superb. I had everything from implants to root canals and everything in between. I have had an implant done by Dr. Sharon Ochoa a few years ago with great success and I am now going to have an old crown replaced by her in January 2024 at a very reasonable cost. She and her staff are fantastic and I don't hesitate in recommending Odi Dental.

I had been wanting a tooth implant for a while and was really hesitant to go to Mexico. After much discussion with my husband, I decided to go. Much to my surprise, it was not as difficult as I thought. We were there with Dr Ramos early one morning, had a 3D x-ray done a few blocks away and confirmed that I was a candidate for the implant. It took about 40 minutes for the whole procedure. I have gone for a 2 week follow up for removal of stitches and will return in 4 months for the abutment and after that crown. Very happy so far.

Even though I decided on a different practice, Dr Guerra was extremely helpful throughout. A prompt first-day response, follow-up with excellent explanations and information. His diligence was and is greatly appreciated.
