Overall, it went well. My teeth are still healing, but I would imagine that it might take some time before I'm back to 100%. The procedure was quick and painless. The representative was very attentive and took care of scheduling and transportation in a very professional way. Overall, your staff were very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Here are a few suggestions you should consider to improve if you want to be a 5 star provider: 1. Please ask for any preexisting conditions that may make the operation risky before getting the patients to come for the operation. Asking these questions when the patient has traveled thousands of miles is very late. 2. Give the patients typed instructions about post op medication and care. Giving oral instructions is not good. 3. Please give detailed invoices with what procedure was done and on which teeth because some patients need to claim them for insurance. Simply writing "implant" is not enough. 4. For dental implants, follow up with dental post op emails, not hair transplant emails. 5. Please select nicer hotels. The hotel I was put in was at best a 2 star hotel, not a 5 star. The rooms reeked of cigarette smell. I would have gladly paid extra to be in a better hotel if that option was available. I hope you'll take my feedback as constructive suggestions and not criticism.

I can't say enough about these folks. On-time, within budget, excellent service and I have the best teeth I could ever ask for!! The cost was very reasonable, the experience was the best it could be and I am so happy with my new teeth, I just can't stop smiling!!! The process was easy, too. Jumped on a plane, and there was a driver waiting for me at the airport (on a Sunday!) who took me to my hotel. Monday I was in the chair, and by Friday I had fantastic teeth. I am a patient of Dr. Birbe since 2020, I had a total of 4 treatments with him. The first time it has been a double surgery, blepharoplasty together with otoplasty. I am super happy to say both eyes look perfect over 2 years later. Otoplasty was also flawless. More recently I had very conservative nose surgery. I can now breathe much better and all the aesthetic targets we defined during the consultation were achieved. I also started an invisalign treatment in his clinic with Dr. Planas about one month ago. I would like to say Dr. Birbe was always very attentive to my needs, and overall is always a pleasure to relate with him during the consultation and follow-up, as one gets the feeling he does really understand and care for you as a patient.

Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.

last month I took my braces off after almost 3 years with Dr Saad Al Kharsa, and I LOVE the way my teeth turned out. Dr Saad, the nurses, the girls at the front desk, Everyone at the clinic is amazing and very professional and I honestly think you won't find a better orthodontist here in Riyadh better than Dr Saad, he is simply amazing he changed the way my teeth looked drastically and I'm so thankful for him. And lastly, Dr Saad is one of the nicest human beings I've ever met and I would 100% recommend that you go to him if you need braces.
