Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. From the start of chatting with Karen to Georgina helping me find flights to meet Lyann at the hospital, it was all very very positive. The Park Inn Radisson on arrival was amazing…. The Drs Tan and Karaaslan are beyond magicians. I’m blown away by all of this and now 6st 2lb down and a transformation I never thought could happen….. high 5 gastro life x

The treatment is very good at this hospital. Everything was pretty straightforward from pick up and transfer to the hospital. Provided good pain relief. The hotel was good, fairly quiet. Nice and clean. Food was also ok.

I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. He did a perfect procedure, especially taking into account he found an umbilical hernia that complicated the procedure, but everything went perfect. All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless! All in all, if any of you are thinking of going with Cosmetocity, don't hesitate!

I am just over 3 months post-op and already so pleased with the results. My main issue was a deviated septum - which after getting my cast removed, I could see my nose was straight! My recovery couldn’t have been easier - I had very slight swelling peaking day 3 or so but no pain or bruising whatsoever- I didn’t need any pain medication that was prescribed. The doctor explained everything in great detail, including the risks and also the use of rib cartilage which we did proceed with, never feeling pressured to make decisions, but giving his honest opinion on what would be best for me. I did a Femto Lasik surgery with Maxx Clinic. All their services they have provided were really good. Everything was well organized, I have got picked up from the air port. I didn’t have to wait in the hospital for the exams. My hotel was very sweet at the sea side and the second night after the surgery I have stayed in the hospital and all the staff was very caring. The surgery did not hurt at all and it went really quick just about 15-20 min. I am very happy that I have taken the decision and I am very grateful about the result - to be able to see. Thank you!
