I had my procedure on 07/11/22 and returned home 6 days later. From start to finish it was a professional, caring, reassuring and great experience. My surgeon was Mustafa Keleş, who was friendly, funny and reassuring and his work is fabulous. I had a breast lift and areas of lipo which I am over the moon with the results. After dieting and exercising for years I still couldn't get rid of certain trouble spots so I met with Milano clinic to discuss lipo to help with the problem areas. Fast forward a couple of weeks and the procedure was done and I had my after pictures taken at 5 1/2 weeks. I was so shocked when I saw the before and after pictures - the results were absolutely unbelievable!! Milano is amazing! Wearing clothes that I haven't been able to fit into in years is icing on the cake. I'm healing nicely and have been back to the gym. The staff at Milano clinic are fantastic - professional, engaging, and caring from start to finish. Could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend.

I went to Onep to do my 2nd rhinoplasty (revision), septoplasty, with upper blepharoplasty and temporal face lift endoscopic. Now that i am 1 months post op, i can say that my nose is so much better, i can breathe without any problem (it was one of my major issue, with the deviation of my septum..) AND i finally got a sexy nose, very natural ! No fake, not to upturned ! They were amazing, so kind and sympathetic with me, I didn't expect them to be so professional, and they were above all my expectations. Thank you ! I also did my temporal lifting and upper blepharoplasty, the change is insane, i look so much more awake. I highly recommend them.

I had my first visit two weeks ago and it was my wife’s second. She had spoken highly of World Wide and now I can see why! On my first day, I had X-rays, a treatment plan, preparations for a crown and a sinus lift and a bone graft! It sounds like a lot but was very comfortable, well-planned and painless. I returned in subsequent visits for my crown and removal of stitches. I was offered choices with my implants and the cost was well below what I would pay in Australia. My wife’s implants were completed on this visit. She is very happy with them! We know of several people who have had work done at World Wide and because of their satisfaction we chose to have our treatment there. We are very happy that we did!

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

This is a year down the line as life got in the way but I have to say my experience with the clinic was amazing. I had a thread lift, eyelid surgery and lipo to my stomach,sides and back as well as my double chin. From my initial enquiry right through to my visit I couldn’t fault them in any way. Artur was my guardian angel the whole way through. They were very careful to manage my expectations too. The clinic was spotless and the staff were lovely. Don’t worry about the language barrier either. I stayed overnight in the clinic with a nurse due to the amount of work I’d had done and was really well looked after. The eyelid and lipo was sore for a week or so after but manageable. I found the thread lift the most painful during recovery but was delighted with the results of that and my eyelids. The lipo was good and I’d have liked more taken away but to be honest, if it had been possible to do so safely they would have. My eyelid stitches were removed by the nurse at my gp surgery. I had no stitches with the lipo. I was given clear instructions for my aftercare at home too. All in all I would happily recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future. A year down the line I’m still thrilled with my eyes and thread lift. It was subtle but effective which is what I wanted. I’ve put back on some of the weight I lost from the lipo but I expected this as for health reasons I can’t exercise and take a lot of medication. I’m still far better than I was before I had it tho. All in all a very very positive experience and I highly recommend them

It was afternoon when I came here, I wasn’t nervous at all, people at Asia Cosmetic Hospital were very accommodating. They all were friendly and nice which makes me feel safe and comfortable. The people who assisted me were all nice and very hospitable. Jeab who was my contact was very friendly and explained to me everything well. My Dr. Tanongsak Panyawirunroj was also nice, it was a quick consultation but I felt his professionalism which makes me trust him more. Everything went well from the day of the surgery until my discharge. I also thankful to an interpreter who assisted me, she was very nice and explained everything to me well without pressure. And the other lovely who assisted me in going to the room and discharge. The nurse who assisted me is also very nice to me to make sure I feel better after surgery until, discharge. Overall, it was a very rewarding experience for me and was very happy to choose this hospital. Maybe I’ll come back next time.

I had a great experience. Deborah contacted me and she was super efficient from start to finish. Her English was excellent. I had labiaplasty and the surgery was quick and painless. The aftercare I received was excellent. Deborah, the overnight nurses and dr were on call if I needed them. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was ok. Special thanks to Deborah. I found the clinic by doing some research online and contacted them through WhatClinic. Anna Czwordon got in touch with me and explained the whole process. Setting up the appointment and understanding the logistics was really clear and Anna was really nice too. When I arrived in Poland I was collected by the clinics driver and taken to my hotel. The clinics drivers had no problem transferring me to and from the airport and also the clinic. When I was at the clinic all the staff were so nice and caring. I was waiting a little while but that was fine because it was made comfortable for me. Everything was explained really well and I got to meet Dr Lukasz Banasiak for my consultation. Dr Lucasz is a great Dr and person. He made me feel comfortable and in a safe environment. This carried on throughout the process and the surgery. Anna has been in touch since my surgery and has advised me how to look after the scars. I am so happy with the work that has been done I would definitely return to Dr Lucasz for another procedure.

It was a nice to choose this clinic for my treatment. As the treatment was carried out in a very well prepared and satisfying way. I am very satisfied with the end result. I am also satisfied with the care.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Breast reduction surgery- from the start I felt I was in professional hands, Dr. Omar Quaba explained everything in detail, I felt listened and despite Covid they did everything in their power to schedule my surgery without a long delay. Dr Colin and his staff are really friendly and helpful. No hard selling and very honest with the pricing. Although waiting time could really be improved.

We came from the US for a knee replacement. Prior to the surgery at Allmedica, I had undergone 18 orthopaedic surgeries on various joints in the US. Hands down, this was the best and most personal care I have ever received. Everyone from the coordinator to the nurse, surgeon and therapist were excellent. For those of you worries about a language barrier, that was NOT an issue. Should I ever need another orthopaedic procedure, I will be returning to Nowy Targ to visit Allmedica.

It was a great time there. I’m impressed by how well they handled it.
