I had combined surgery on the 28.02.23 with Dr Görkem, from the moment I arrived I was picked up by a driver and when arriving at the hospital two staff Yunes & Enes looked after me. Had my bloods taken and a medical check, then Dr came in the morning to discuss my desired outcome. I feel that he listened to me and surgery went well. I was then taken back to my hotel which was very modern and any queries I had to do with my post op surgery were answered very quickly on what’s app. I will be going back for other facial surgeries with Dr Görkem. The warmth you feel from staff does make a difference to your medical journey. Your outcome is listened to and understood here!!!!

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

I'm from England and I talked with AYT Clinic for liposuction and gynecomastia treatments. They handled everything for me and they had a friendly greeting at the airport. The hotel they arranged for me was just lovely. The staff at the hotel were really warm and welcoming. The doctor who did my operation talked me through the whole process before the operation and I felt really safe and secure. I was sure I was in the right hands at that time. I am really pleased with my new smile. I was able to choose the shape of my new teeth as well as the shade, ranging from brightest white, to a very natural shade. All transfers from the airport and to and from the clinic were provided. The staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble!! Would definitely recommend!

I was a stranger in a strange land having surgery. I did not need to worry they took great care of me. Defne handled all of the arrangements on the front end and did a fantastic job. From the time I got on the ground, Elif took over and stayed in constant communication. If I had questions or personal needs Elif was there the whole time. I got to the hospital, they were checking me in. I mentioned I needed some US plug adapters. Elif and I were going to hit a shop together but the hospital said “Oh no, you can’t go. We just put a catheter in your arm” Elif went right out on her own and brought back exactly what I needed. So sweet and helpful. We became buddies right away. Honestly, this was the best surgery experience of my life due to Dr Manav and his wonderful staff. Very highly recommended.

Best company for cosmetic surgery… I have only 100% praise for Flyhealth from enquiring online I was given fast honest and accurate details and responses. I was advised as appropriate as what to do to prepare for surgery and recovery as I have diabetes and a raised BMI. Upon arrival I was met by friendly transfer staff and was taken to My City Hotel which exceeded my expectations it was lovely and the staff were professional and helpful. Everyday whilst in Istanbul I had WhatsApp numbers for Flyhealth staff for any questions or worries. Anil met me for my pre-op at the hospital the day before my surgery and was professional and reassuring. I arrived for my surgery Breast Reduction, tummy tuck and Liposuction and was I introduced to my surgeon Banu Aksoy and her assistant and again was left reassured and less nervous. My surgery went well and the nursing staff were attentive and caring nothing was too much trouble. I continued to see my surgeon and her assistant daily whilst in hospital for dressing changes. Anil arranged all my transfers to the outpatient appointments and remained my go-to with questions. I will be forever grateful to everyone involved in my care I never imagined the results would be as good as they are my scars are barely visible. I'm 10 weeks post-op today I have a whole new wardrobe of clothes no pain and extremely happy. Thanks to Flyhealth, keep up the excellent work you do.

It was my second time visiting Doctor AFET. She is great. She will make you feel comfortable and will explain exactly the procedure. She will not give you false hope, and she is very honest. I did my eyebrows lift and rhinoplasty. I did not bruise a lot, and her assistant Deniz is the best. She always replies fast and will help you at any time, even with things not concerning the clinic. (She was ordering my food while I was staying at the hotel.) I would recommend her 1000%.

I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Derya Bingöl’s clinic! The doctor was extremely professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire experience. I felt confident in Doctor’s abilities and appreciated the way she and her staff took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Additionally, the office staff was equally caring and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, especially post-surgery. In addition, the clinic handled all arrangements, starting with airport pick-up, hotel recommendations, booking the hospital and the operating room. What could have been very stressful, turned into a pleasant experience. I was especially impressed with how the staff handled a complication that arose after my procedure. I experienced swinging jumps in blood pressure and the staff immediately took action, taking me to see a cardiologist, and neurologist, and getting an MRI of my brain as a precautionary measure. They made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process, which took 10 days, and I was grateful for their quick thinking and exceptional care. I had septo-rhinoplasty with Dr. Ferhat Ilen 3 months ago and I am very happy with my result. I decided to get surgery because of my serious breathing problem and also I did not like my natural nose shape so I was happy to change it. I researched for a long time and chose Dr. Ilen because he is an ENT with experience in complicated cases, he took my other medical conditions seriously, and he answered all my questions in detail through 2 video consultations even before I made my final decision, his results on Instagram really suited my taste, he is very kind and speaks English well. He explained everything in detail and gave me all the time I needed for all my questions when we had a consultation in his office before the surgery day and did some extra tests to make sure everything would be ok because of my other medical issues. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too.
