I had my surgery done with Dr. Bekir and I couldn't be happier with the results. The staff at the clinic were all really friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr was really knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made me feel a lot more at ease about the surgery. The recovery period was a little uncomfortable at times, but it wasn't anything that I couldn't handle. The doctor and the clinic staff were all really supportive and made sure that I had everything I needed to recover properly. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience.

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

I had a lip reduction surgery done by Dr. Görkem Atsal 2 weeks ago. Firstly, I must say the customer service was amazing. All the staff were kind and amazing. They welcomed me well, made me feel comfortable, and always provided support for me. I stayed in a really good hotel, and they provided transport for me. It was a really great experience, and the surgery site seems to be healing well.

It was my second time visiting Doctor AFET. She is great. She will make you feel comfortable and will explain exactly the procedure. She will not give you false hope, and she is very honest. I did my eyebrows lift and rhinoplasty. I did not bruise a lot, and her assistant Deniz is the best. She always replies fast and will help you at any time, even with things not concerning the clinic. (She was ordering my food while I was staying at the hotel.) I would recommend her 1000%.

I had a great experience with Surgero from start to finish. I loved all of the staff! They were super sweet and caring! I have had some issues with capsular contraction which would need a revision. Even the revision department has been on their A game. I'm super excited to see my Surgero family again in 4 months for another procedure!

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. My dentist Dr Nguyen Hoang Loc did a wonderful job. Not only has he fixed all my teeth, he created the best Hollywood smile which I always wanted. The hospital is very modern and has all the latest equipment and high hygienic standards.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.
