I recently immigrated to Portugal and after much research, I was happy to have found Dr Julio Matias to do my breast augmentation. This was after an unsuccessful explant I had done 4 months ago back home. Dr Matias was extremely professional and explained in much detail what he would do to give me the desired look and size I wanted. What impressed me the most was that he listened to my actual needs and desires and offered the best possible medical solution. Throughout the process from the first consultation to post-operation, I was looked after by his case manager Sandra. It was wonderful to have a person I could chat to any time of the day about any concerns prior and post-operation. What an amazing team. I would highly recommend Dr Matias.

My journey with Dr Nguyen was quite long. I contacted him on Whatsapp many many times and he always replied in a timely manner and answered all questions I had. I visited his facility for a consultation on 1/06/23 and returned to his facility for my lower eyelid and fat grafting on 7/06/23. He gave me the option of having these procedures at his facility or the hospital. As I had come to trust him and have complete confidence in him and his staff - I chose to have the procedures at his facility. The procedures went very well. His staff was professional and courteous. He made me feel comfortable and confident at all phases of the procedure. I am extremely happy with the results and it has only been 11 days since the surgery. I highly recommend him. Flawless from beginning to end! Initial enquiries were made to Weronika who effectively and gently guided me through the whole process she was supportive professional patient and gave me great confidence in choosing Allmedica Weronika then introduced me to my English-speaking host the wonderful Oscar who was an absolute comfort, incredibly helpful and diligent. Oscar was superb at his job and always made you feel like you were in safe capable hands I was then introduced to my surgeon. Who instantly made me feel I was in very safe hands. A very skilled and capable man who performed my surgery. Modern, and well-maintained. The staff was on point, providing all the info I needed and promptly addressing my Qs and concerns. They were total pros, yet showed genuine compassion throughout the process.

Dr Ali explained the procedure in details before the process started. Overall the procedure is not painful. Dr Ali and the nurses are very friendly. After procedure they will explain what to do for the full recovery process. Now I can wear a fitted shirt and feel confident about myself.
