Jamie was the most efficient and kindest medical liaison with a quick response time. Dr. Duong and the hospital staff were very thorough and knowledgeable. They checked on me multiple times during the hospital stay and after discharge. I had full body liposuction with minimal and natural fat grafting with a 1-night hospital stay, discharged with medicines and compression garments.
I have a long history with this practice with having a gastric band in 2013 by Dr Florica. Dr Florica is an amazing surgeon, and always happy to help if there are any issues. He has prompt follow up practices if needed. Dr Rebecca Keely is also amazing and I can only say good things about both Doctors at this practice. The reviews are real, I'm a 62-year-old male Australian who looks closer to his 40s after an incredible facelift surgery. The customer care service is second to none even though my hotel was across the road from the Clinic they insisted on putting me in a taxi on all my visits back and forth. Whatever technical procedure is being performed (here a blepharoplasty), it is in the end not only the surgical procedure but the surgical skills of the individual physician that makes a procedure a real success - and it was a success. Very careful, individualized pre-OP planning - one of the hallmarks of an excellent plastic surgeon. Great surgical team who performed the procedure, I like to mention here Dr. Tatiana Gigante. The surgery: was technically impeccable, very detailed - and had excellent caring staff. I can vouch for my colleague. Transport was provided by Oskar to take us back to Kraków for our flight home. I would like to give a big thank you to Gillian (patient liaison manager) in Manchester. The whole experience for me has shown so much professionalism in all areas. Everyone was just so kind and helpful and couldn't do more for me. I was rather sad about leaving as Nowy Targ as it's such a beautiful place. All I can say is very well done to you all.
