Burak looks after me every single step throughout my surgery from the start to finish in person. He is very imformative from the very beginning though whatapp. My driver Gokhan is very friendly and lovely as well. My doctor even opened the clinic for me (just for me) , to do my control test on Sunday. I really appreciate it and they do really care about their patients. I strongly recommended anyone who needs any eye treatments at this clinic.

I went to Porto for two different surgeries performed at the same time by Dr. Da Cruz. He is an amazing professional with his views on natural aesthetics and his care. During the whole stay, he was of great assistance and he was organising everything in a manner that the things go well. Great price and procedure. I travelled to Sofia where I was collected by a driver for a free transfer to the hospital which took around 1hr 20 mins. I was met by the co-ordinator who arranged for payment to be taken. I was taken to my private room which was clean with a private bathroom. After bloods and heart check the doctors came to see me and took some history and explained the procedure. I was then taken to the theatre. It only took a short while until I was awake and beck in my room. I had an early flight so was back at the airport within 24 hours with another free transfer. Overall great value and service.

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.
