I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I was looking for a dual mobility implant to help prevent dislocation and keep stability. This kind of implant is for people sports minded. They offer me an implant from top level -Stryker MDMx3 for my both sides. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Again, thank you to Patryk from International Patients Department and Cris for looking after me and the paperwork. All documentation needed has been filled out quickly without hassle. Dr Harry and the team have been amazing to me throughout my IVF journey. I honestly didn't think I would be pregnant sitting here writing this review given the odds in my situation due to my very low amh and being told by other clinics to consider donor eggs. I can say that Dr Harry did not ever mention these options to me and made me feel at ease during the whole process, being there to answer all my questions at any time during the day was very easy to get hold of. I cannot thank him and the team enough for everything they have done for me and for understanding my situation. I will forever be grateful as my IVF worked the first time around and I am still gobsmacked. If you are in doubt about what clinic to use I would highly recommend to stop looking and using Pelargos. I booked my surgery through Rabia at Aurea Health Group back in October 2023. My whole journey has been amazing from start to finish. I had video calls with Rabia before I booked my surgery and she completely put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. I met Rabia in Istanbul the day before my surgery. I was looked after superbly, Rabia and was always there for anything. I have made a friend for life. Rabia truly is a very special person. I would recommend booking through Aurea 100%. I literally cannot fault anything and am so appreciative of everything Rabia did for me! This has been a life-changing experience for me and I will be forever grateful.

At the beginning of my IVF journey, I messaged several different clinics/doctors, as it's always good to have some comparison. From the responses I got, and after the initial message exchanges, it quickly became clear Dr. Bazeos would be my best choice - he always replied promptly to all questions I had, in a logical organised manner. There was no pressure to decide 'here and now'; I could ask questions and Dr. Bazeos always answered, even though he had no guarantee I'd choose to do the treatment with him! He also speaks excellent English, which was important to me. I had the treatment (IVF) in the IASO hospital in Athens. I was surprised how big and busy the hospital is. Sometimes there were small delays probably because of the number of patients, but it didn't really matter because I was on holidays anyway. In a way I was reassured I made a good choice - so many other people were having treatment at IASO as well! I had 4 appointments during the 2-week period of taking hormonal injections. Dr. Bazeos always answered all questions, even though sometimes he was super busy, and was always happy to help if I needed anything (e.g. finding medication). Then, there were the most important parts - egg retrieval, fertilisation and embryo transfer. After each stage, with every little success, I was more and more optimistic the IVF would end in a pregnancy. I was extremely happy each time I learned something went well, and so was Dr. Bazeos – I am sure he has done thousands of IVF cycles before, but he seemed genuinely happy for me & always wished me good luck. And now the best part – I am pregnant!!! 😊 It is, of course, still early, and I realise things can go wrong, but still… This was my first IVF cycle and I’m so happy I chose Dr. Bazeos. He is a very knowledgeable specialist & I fully trust his decisions. I’d definitely make the same choice if I had to do it again.

I had a sub total hysterectomy - bilateral salpingectomy on the 18th April at the Nuffield Brentwood. I had been suffering with heavy periods for many years and my uterus was equivalent to a 22 to 24 week pregnancy due to large fibroids. Dr Masood, from our very first consultation was extremely patient and understanding of my needs. I came prepared with countless questions and suggestions and he listened, advised and answered all my questions. Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable about the numerous questions that I bombarded him with. I was very confident in his knowledge and he explained all the various treatment options in depth. He also has an excellent team behind him who are very prompt at responding to any concerns or questions that you have. Faye Scott, his secretary, is always professional, caring and prompt. After my surgery Dr Masood visited daily to ensure that everything was going well, which it did. He assured me that if I needed anything else upon discharge, that I should contact his secretary. I did this a few days after being discharged and got a response from Dr Masood within the hour. I can highly recommend Dr Masood and his team. I also would like to thank him for being patient with me, for making this whole stressful process easy and for getting rid of the fibroids from hell. I will always be grateful. Thank you.

I & my spouse realised motherhood / parenthood is definitely a journey in life and we are really blessed to have Dr. ARCHANA AGARWAL and Mannat Team who all worked for the success of our treatment & delivery as our "FAMILY MEMBERS" throughout the journey. We have tried for IUI, IVF with multi speciality hospitals, multi chain treatment centres and all kind of possibilities for 6+ years & didn't succeed, also those time were tough & hard in terms of emotions and we gave up. We searched for experts who can be supportive "EMOTIONALLY, MEDICALLY & ASSIST PERSONALLY WHENEVER" and it we received beyond our expectations. We are Blessed with cute & adorable healthy baby. We are writing this review for the purpose of those who are looking for treatment and to start parenthood and not to favour or to rate in the social media. I got in touch with Alisher over whatsapp and he provided me with enough information for me to confidently commit to the procedure. I arrived in Istanbul and was provided with transport to and from the hotel and hospital. The procedure was performed as well as I could have hoped. We reached Dr Erhan from a friend who get treated him too. I had a fibroid and I was looking for a doctor who can do the operation by laparoscopy.
