It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Today I came to the clinic mentally exhausted from a rough week & weekend. A warm welcome from the staff & nurses was the first thing that I experienced on arrival. Waited for 10 minutes only until I had my private conversation with the doctor (Dr Donna). We discussed my mental exhaustion and anxiety, I got a refill on my hormone replacement therapy and we decided that a facial pampering was the right way to go for a manic Monday ❤️. I got a filler face lift done painless in a few minutes. Thank you so much Dr Donna & MedConsult’s clinic again for the care, attention and professional medical procedures. My children had chicken pox vaccination. Good clinic and very professional people.

I can highly recommend this clinic. Had a local anaesthetic and there was no pain at all, as the doctor added a 'buffer' to the injection. Shame the NHS can't do this. The staff are very friendly and the doctor was brilliant. Will definitely use it again if needed.

I don't have any treatment yet, but the doctor is an amazing support for me whenever I write to him or communicate with him. He is still here for me, very patient and consistent, he always explains everything to me. He is a great support in this journey. I always have prompt answers to everything. thank you very much. Great clinic! Staff are all so friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. I can't remember the name of the lady I spoke to on the phone when I booked my appointment but she was so lovely as was (I believe his name is Pat) who done the actual testing today. PCR results came back with certificate within 6 hours. Will definitely use this service again. Thank you.

I had my tubal ligation reversal in 18/10/2022. Surgery was done by lovely dr Erhan Cagatay. Everyone at the hospital was great. And all went perfectly fine. I can now say it was successful and im 12 weeks pregnant now. I highly recommend dr Cagatay.
