I am 47 years and had always dreamed of having another baby. Right from the beginning the clinic was very helpful and provided me with detailed information on the IVF process. I was assigned a personal IVF coordinator (Anna Karamitrou) who was very helpful and was always there for me if I had any questions or doubts. Also at the clinic, there was professional support and it was clearly explained what the next steps would be, this was very comforting and reassuring. I was pregnant at the first attempt and am now the proud mother of a beautiful and healthy son. I would like to thank the entire staff and Anna in particular for her endless help and devotion. I would definitely recommend this professional clinic.

If you are looking for fertility treatment Gynem is the best clinic by far. Amazing, friendly and helpful staff that treat you wonderfully from the first day of consultation to the end of your fertility journey. All the staff are bilingual speaking and make sure you have everything you need from transfers, tests, care packages and also great priced to and not forceful where most fertility clinics think more about money than care and attention to your needs. I had a couple of failed IVF in London and decided to see Dr Stamenov from Nadezhda Hospital when he was in London for the annual Fertility Show in 2018 for a quick chat. After I spoke with the doctor I felt so hopeful and trustful. A plan of action (the tests and investigations that needed to be done) was in place straightforward and in 8 months the embryo transfer was done. I want to say how thankful my family and I are for everything Dr Stamenov did for us. Thanks to him and his team our dream came true - we now have our beautiful children - girl and boy.
