Tolunay & Mehmet Bekir Sen thank you very much for your professional service & friendliness. The procedure was very quick and the pain bearable. The clinic is very clean, well-equipped and stunning. Coming from the UK is always worrying but it was 5 stars.

I recently had treatment at Cevre Hospital and this is how it went. My flight was delayed and the driver waited over two hours for me. I had my treatment the following day with Dr Ali Cem Oktay brilliant surgeon who listened and delivered on my expectations. Nurse Eda an angel took great care of me, along with Nurse Ismet and Nurse Zeynep. I could not have asked for better nurses to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Last but far from least is Nurdan, she arranges everything from start to finish. She can be reached at any time to answer any concerns. The cleaning ladies kept the hospital very clean, my bed linen was changed every day and they always had a smile for me. If it was possible to give more stars I would gladly. I look forward to visiting them again.

I am so thankful that I found Dr Ebru Unal after searching for weeks. Despite the differences in time zone, she provided fast and very timely responses. She took the time necessary to answer all of my questions and concerns in a thorough manner. I did not feel like she was rushing me in any way throughout this process. She did great working with my schedule as well. I made it there on the 26th; met her on the 27th and had all of my pre-op lab work done, and then had my surgery (Vaginoplasty and fat transfer) on the 28th. From the moment I met her, I knew I was in good hands. I did not feel nervous or anxious, and she made sure the recovery process was as comfortable as a surgical recovery could be. I also had my first treatment for wrinkles and Profhilo injections done by Dr Ebru and am loving the results! Her professionalism and care are top of the line. I am very pleased and satisfied with her work.

Excellent service from time travel aesthetics, before during and after my 360 liposuction and tummy tuck performed perfectly by Dr Asim Busra, it’s early days since my op on 16/05/23, but I can already see the results and I’m extremely happy. I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I was looking for a dual mobility implant to help prevent dislocation and keep stability. This kind of implant is for people sports minded. They offer me an implant from top level -Stryker MDMx3 for my both sides. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Dr Colin Tham gave me his best suggestion to get Treatment for Wrinkles and really satisfied with the result. This is my very first time getting injections on my face. He used the numb cream about 10 minutes before the injection starts. So, it wasn't too bad.

Actually, I'm thankful for Dr Sreelatha she's such an adorable person. She makes me more comfortable with Care and moreover, I can see my result on the table. I have to tell about nurses they are awesome on treating patients with patience. They always carry a smiley face with love and care. On the whole hospital, the ambience is excellent.

My journey with Dr Kassab started 18 yrs ago! Since then, I trust everything he tells me on any level. I always knew that the service you get at his clinic is nowhere to be found & life proved it to me when I had to go to someone else after moving out of Lebanon while pregnant with my 3rd kid. Luckily, I had the chance to experience the sweetness of pregnancy process twice with Dr Kassab, from his very detailed explanations to the highly sophisticated equipment he uses, to the in-clinic lab he has, which spares you the struggle of doing the tests anywhere else. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about my experience with the new gynaecologist who barely talked to me or replied to any of my questions without sarcasm, also didn't bother to tell me anything about the baby's health & status. I left assuming everything was fine not to mention that I couldn't see anything on the monitor while she was doing the echo because the image was bad. Anyway, she requested a detailed scan, which to my surprise is done by another dr. at another clinic! Not to mention that the visit cost a big amount of money, knowing that the dr. opted not to charge the echo fees! (God knows how much we would have paid if she didn't). On a side note, this dr. was highly recommended by 4 or 5 of our friends we had to wait for 3 weeks to get the appointment. My husband & I left the clinic very shocked of what we've been through & we called Dr Kassab right away to thank him for every time he received us with a smile & good attitude, for the relaxed feeling we got every time we walked into his clinic, for this relationship that felt more of a friendship. Thank you, Dr Bernard, for everything you did & you're still doing for us, your service & effort are HIGHLY appreciated! We love you!

Totally recommend Freya Clinic. Dr Jeng-Yee Lin is very attentive and all the nurses can speak English fluently. The procedure was nicely done as well.
