I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Dr Shobhna Singh was my trusted Doctor for 30years until l shifted out of the area completely. Had skin tags removed. I've had them along time and it's something I've wanted done for along time too. After a slight hiccup in communication from groupon and myself, Jules was very accommodating and after a quick chat I proceeded with the treatment at an increase in cost but I was happy to pay it. My first cosmetic procedure ever and after reading the website I was quite confident I'd found the business I'd like to use as it was full with information and a back story, this feeling became stronger after talking to Jules. There's a car park nearby that offers free parking for 2 hours (literally a 2 minute walk). The premises was clean and Jules was waiting to great me.
