During Covid I got stranded abroad in the tropics for six months. I’d only planned on being in the sun for a week, so hadn’t packed lots of sun screen – and when I got stuck in a remote village where they didn’t sell high SPF sun cream, like a fool I decided to just not bother. Big, big mistake. When I got back to the UK I thought I’d done irreversible damage to my face – but I booked myself in for three sessions of Advatx at Dr Rakus’ clinic, and I cannot believe what a difference they’ve made. They reversed the pigment discoloration, shrunk the enlarged pores, and got rid of the lines and wrinkles caused by sunburn.

Well, where do I start? I am at the age now, where the wrinkles are starting to creep in. I have never had any injectables like Treatment for Wrinkles or fillers, for the main reason being that I have always had a lot of sensitivities/allergies and the fear of having a reaction was something I thought was not worth risking, no matter how much I would like to be wrinkle-free. When I met Dr Raj and discussed the above, his refusal to even consider any filler gave me so much confidence as that would of just been the easy option. So Dr Raj suggested the PRF and explained how it works, with no downtime and no risk - it was a no brainer. The results are absolutely amazing, he is a magician! I went for wart removal and it was very quick and painless. The other staff can’t speak English but the Doctor speaks English very fluently to describe all the treatments and such that needs to be done. The entire treatment process takes less than 30 minutes - very efficient. It was a pleasant experience.
