The results of my sessions have been great! I have had multiple sessions removing facial hair and it has worked great and super improved my self-esteem. Results will obviously be better if you have dark hair like I do and for anyone getting sessions for your face I definitely recommend their numbing cream first before any session, I forgot for my first session and made sure I didn't forget any others. Also very friendly staff and very lenient booking times for reschedules.

Great clinic, I highly recommend. I enquired about getting a mole removed form my face which I have been concerned about for a long time, my GP told me it was cosmetic and to seek a private clinic. I was asked if I was comfortable to send a photo, which I did. Got a price and availability back within the same day, and was booked at the end of the week. Very friendly staff and doctors, I had a consultation with the doctor who went through everything beforehand, procedure took roughly 20 minutes. Her face and neck are 99% healed now with a small amount of reddening on the 1 hence my delayed review. I attended the clinic for 3 separate monthly sessions off plasma treatment with Dr Prashant in order to stimulate some hair growth and thickening prior to my upcoming wedding. Everyone at the clinic is lovely and the experience is fun but professional.
