All I can say is I had the best experience with Sofia. On arrival, I was a bit apprehensive but there was no need to feel like that, as Sofia explained everything. It's only been 4 days since my threading but already I'm very pleased with the results thus far. The whole experience was lovely. The clinic is like a home away from home and as for Sofia to me, she is one of the nicest women I've had the pleasure of meeting and I would send any of my friends to her for treatment. Wow, what a 1st visit to this beautiful clinic, where you are greeted by the friendly reception team and made to feel welcome, as for Dr Raj he is a gentleman and is very honest and informative regarding treatments. There is no pressure to go ahead with treatments, I only wish I had found this clinic earlier I cannot wait to go back and have treatment (neo gen ). I've been seeing Dr Benson for many years and trust her implicitly in her skills and advice on what to do but also what not to do. Her work with muscle relaxing injections for the forehead and fillers is always subtle but effective and I don't look like I've had work done but get compliments all the time. Also, HIFU and peels have produced long-term benefits. Highly recommend it as a safe pair of hands.

Lip augmentation This was my first time ever having fillers and I was so worried I was going to look like a pufferfish, especially when she said I would need 1ml. She explained everything and showed me a diagram of what she was going to do and where she was going to inject. Gabriella reshaped my lips with 1ml so I could notice but barely, I went back after 2 weeks for a review and she added another 1ml to my lips. I trusted what she was saying so I agreed. Once finished my worries were gone because they were shaped lovely and so natural looking. I am so happy with Gabriella's work.

Well here I am, 11 months into my treatment consisting of almost a full mouth of dental implants. I did months of research before I chose this practice, I knew it was a huge undertaking and commitment and I was extremely nervous. I've had easy appointments and I've had more difficult appointments but throughout my treatment I never felt any discomfort or pain. And most importantly I trusted my Doctors. The chairs that I have my treatment in are out of this world! So comfy I've even nodded off during treatment and had to be poked awake! I'm almost finished treatment, as I write this today, my implants are about to have the first fitting tomorrow and I'm so excited. I've carefully chosen from the options available, with expert advice and after a whole year I will finally have a perfect smile again. I'm 66 now and a smoker so if I can do it, so can you! It's the best decision of my life. I'd like to say a special thank you to Doctor Aziz, who has looked after me so well, he can make you laugh through the whole process, which is a gift in itself. The prices were completely fair when the standard of treatment is considered. I've never had such professional people looking after my smile before! I was referred by my Dentist to attend Smilekind in Boscombe for a tooth extraction. Having never had a tooth out at a Dentist before at the age of 65 I was a little nervous about what to expect. I received fantastic service from Kate and Bilal who put me at ease immediately. No longer had the numbing injection taken effect, the tooth was clean out. No stitches required. After waiting for the bleeding to stop I was out of the door on my way. I had no swelling or further bleeding just a little discomfort which needed ibuprofen and paracetamol. I recommend 100%.

Excellent results with Invisalign. I am extremely pleased with my results. The reason why I chose Dental on the Banks is that the Invisalign treatment at this practice is done by 2 specialist orthodontists as opposed to general dentists, so I knew going in that my results would be great. By doing further research I found out that they also teach many of the local dentists as well as other orthodontists in the area so I knew at Dental on the Banks I will be in safe hands. My treatment was efficient and quick and they worked together with other specialists in the practice to set me up for some bonding after the Invisalign was done.
