My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr. Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived in Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel, which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel. Then, straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in detail what to expect with an amazing turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill. we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, I was very calm, which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me. I felt very, very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery. I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr. Ulas, Rabia, and the team. I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. From start to end, I felt this service was outstanding. Easy to do. All the information they required I was able to send and their communication back was very quick. When I wanted to discuss with my surgeon Dr Afet this was arranged quickly and the fact Dr Afet was able to speak English was a huge relief for myself. After deciding to go ahead with the surgery everything was explained well to me. The transfer at airport to hotel and hotel to hospital were easily managed and detailed so it was one less thing to worry about. My husband came with myself and he was looked after whilst I was in surgery and informed how my surgery was going. The hospital staff were lovely and helpful. There was a translator available at the hospital who was really helpful. After the surgery, Dr Afet saw me twice before I left to go back to the hotel and once before was flying however was able to talk with her at any point if i was concerned. Since coming home again I have been able to talk with her if needed. I am taking my photos and videos as requested to monitor my recovery and still continue to do so. I would highly recommend not only Dr Afet as your surgeon but also her team they all helped but my mind at ease at every opportunity.

What a brilliant experience from start to finish Milano Clinic was very reasonably priced and kept us well-informed right from the start while we were still in the UK. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Came over from the UK to get Gynecomastia surgery and can't thank them enough. They organised everything from the airport transfer to the hotel and everything went smoothly. Cost for the surgery was the best I could find and really impressed with the results.

Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

I had Gynecomastia surgery at this clinic a couple of weeks ago and was impressed, this was the first time I had been abroad so it was quite a daunting venture to undertake. The patient coordinator (Nikola) was brilliant! Helped me book the flights, find a hotel which was right next to the clinic and answer my countless questions. Overall the clinic was clean and modern looking, the staff were friendly and welcoming, yeah would recommend it.
