My journey with Dr Nguyen was quite long. I contacted him on Whatsapp many many times and he always replied in a timely manner and answered all questions I had. I visited his facility for a consultation on 1/06/23 and returned to his facility for my lower eyelid and fat grafting on 7/06/23. He gave me the option of having these procedures at his facility or the hospital. As I had come to trust him and have complete confidence in him and his staff - I chose to have the procedures at his facility. The procedures went very well. His staff was professional and courteous. He made me feel comfortable and confident at all phases of the procedure. I am extremely happy with the results and it has only been 11 days since the surgery. I highly recommend him. Great clinic, I highly recommend. I enquired about getting a mole removed form my face which I have been concerned about for a long time, my GP told me it was cosmetic and to seek a private clinic. I was asked if I was comfortable to send a photo, which I did. Got a price and availability back within the same day, and was booked at the end of the week. Very friendly staff and doctors, I had a consultation with the doctor who went through everything beforehand, procedure took roughly 20 minutes.
