I underwent surgical treatment to remove excess skin above my eyelids. Yes, I think all in all and given the quality of the service I do think it was good value. I chose this clinic because it was the most responsive of those that I contacted, and it gave me a very positive impression on my first visit/consultation. All the staff were very friendly and professional, and the surgeon was very clear at explaining the procedure and what to expect.

I had a great experience with Doctor Karlo and his staff. They are all very kind, helpful, professional, and fun to be around. Doctor Karlo did a wonderful job doing my procedure! I used this clinic 10 months ago for a breast uplift but didn’t think about writing a review mainly because very few people know about my surgery. I was very pleased with my first surgery and after losing around 35lbs decided to have a tummy tuck. The consultation is professional and informative and also free of charge so well worth finding out about your options. Dr David is just lovely and puts you at total ease. He has quite a strong accent which is sometimes hard to understand but Jo is always there to fill in any blanks or add more info. Jo has been through the operation herself so talking to her is brilliant as she knows first hand. So I had my TT two weeks ago and it was a very positive experience. The team at the clinic are brilliant so friendly and efficient and before I knew it I was in my room and comfortable. If I said I encountered very little pain you probably won’t believe me but it’s actually true. No pain or discomfort at all from the incision wound. My muscles were pulled and stitched together so I feel some tightness from that but that’s it really. I just wish I’d done it years ago. I’m now very mobile and starting to slowly regain my fitness from two weeks of recovery although I know I have several more weeks to wait before I’m totally recovered. My scar has also surprised me as it’s very thin and not quite as red and angry as I thought it might be. I’m looking forward to that fading as time goes on.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with the clinic. Cannot recommend enough for the exceptional clinical care. Everything was explained and I was made feel at ease which is very important when having facial surgery. For any future surgery, I know where to go. Dr Birbe is an expert in his area, and not all surgeons are created equal. I am very pleased with the pre and post-op care and my recovery will hopefully go as smoothly as the procedure I had.
