From the very first correspondence, Dr Nunes da Costa was warm, informative and attentive. I inquired about breast augmentation and specific implants. The consultations and operations do not take place in the same facility, but Dr Nunes da Costa is clear about that. Every location was clean with helpful staff. Even though I do not speak Portuguese, the staff members did their best to ensure I understood the tests, processes and that I was comfortable. With every interaction, I was touched by their warmth and humanity.
