The customer care service is second to none even though my hotel was across the road from the Clinic they insisted on putting me in a taxi on all my visits back and forth. I recently had my breast augmentation surgery. Every single member of staff made me feel so comfortable, there was always someone to answer my many phone calls and questions. On the day of surgery, I was extremely nervous but my nerves were quickly calmed by the amazing welcoming and calming staff. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The surgery went very well and the recovery was quick and easy. Highly recommend. Only wish I’ve done this sooner :)

I recently immigrated to Portugal and after much research, I was happy to have found Dr Julio Matias to do my breast augmentation. This was after an unsuccessful explant I had done 4 months ago back home. Dr Matias was extremely professional and explained in much detail what he would do to give me the desired look and size I wanted. What impressed me the most was that he listened to my actual needs and desires and offered the best possible medical solution. Throughout the process from the first consultation to post-operation, I was looked after by his case manager Sandra. It was wonderful to have a person I could chat to any time of the day about any concerns prior and post-operation. What an amazing team. I would highly recommend Dr Matias.

It was definitely a blessing that I chanced upon Dr Nguyen’s clinic. I had double eyelid stitches done more than 10years ago and the stitches on my left eye had somewhat lapsed/came undone, after reading all the amazing reviews I decided to send an email to enquire on the procedure and cost for 1 eye. Dr Nguyen was prompt in responding, and answered my questions professionally. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was shown great care and concern by Dr Nguyen, Dr Binh, and team. They provided a great sense of assurance and hospitality during my time there. The price quoted was very reasonable for the level of skill and amount of precision they had taken to actually stitch my left eye to match my right eye which was done by another surgeon. They are really humble, kind, and genuine people. Travel from Norway, they were so helpful. The service was excellent. Followed up with everything and checked in all the time. Got new meds, when the first did not work. Got them from apotec for me and everything. You Just order the flight and they fix the rest. Picked me up from airport and back.
