I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. I must admit I was petrified especially because I planned to do it alone and knew nobody in my family stand by me travelling to another country to get a gastric sleeve. In fact, I even kept it a secret from my husband until I took the final decision of going with Cosmetocity, because I knew it would be extremely hard to convince him. Undoubtedly it is, by far, the hardest and craziest decision I have taken in my life, but I needed it. My life the past 8 years had been going downhill because of difficult personal situations, I ended up with obesity and a scared face due to the hormonal problems that resulted from my depression. I left my job as a college teacher, isolated myself and ended up hating my reflection in the mirror. But last year, I began to get the courage to do something once and for all after leaving my last endocrinologist...I knew I could not continue like this... It was when I first contacted Nihan that I felt that Cosmetocity, contrary to other companies I had contacted, was the one. Cihan was really caring, patient and was always there to listen and answer all my queries without feeling pressured to decide. He felt really humane and unpretentious. So I chose Cosmetocity in spite of having less reviews and less popular than other companies. I had a gut feeling they were the ones! It will be a month tomorrow since I had my gastric sleeve on 13 March 2023 and all I can say is THANK YOU ! Thank you to the professional and caring Cihan; to the happy-go-lucky and kind Mert and to the beautiful and loving Nur and Deniz. As for the doctor, I chose Burhan Mayir and the SILS method. If you look at my stomach 1 month post op, you would never imagine I had a gastric sleeve. He is not only a warm-hearted doctor but also extremely professional and greatly skilled. He did a perfect procedure, especially taking into account he found an umbilical hernia that complicated the procedure, but everything went perfect. All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless! All in all, if any of you are thinking of going with Cosmetocity, don't hesitate!

From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.

Two weeks ago I had a breast reduction by Dr Rubinstein, it was the most pain-free surgery I could have imagined. My husband said to me one day, he was only as good as the team underneath him. I am just over 3 months post-op and already so pleased with the results. My main issue was a deviated septum - which after getting my cast removed, I could see my nose was straight! My recovery couldn’t have been easier - I had very slight swelling peaking day 3 or so but no pain or bruising whatsoever- I didn’t need any pain medication that was prescribed. The doctor explained everything in great detail, including the risks and also the use of rib cartilage which we did proceed with, never feeling pressured to make decisions, but giving his honest opinion on what would be best for me. MaxxClinic is amazing! Search no more! I'm still pleased with my results. I haven't changed much in almost two months. The butt is still soft and fluffy, but the scars are less noticeable. I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.
