The customer care service is second to none even though my hotel was across the road from the Clinic they insisted on putting me in a taxi on all my visits back and forth. I underwent surgical treatment to remove excess skin above my eyelids. Yes, I think all in all and given the quality of the service I do think it was good value. I chose this clinic because it was the most responsive of those that I contacted, and it gave me a very positive impression on my first visit/consultation. All the staff were very friendly and professional, and the surgeon was very clear at explaining the procedure and what to expect.

Having a very kind nurse come to the hotel to change dressings etc. We were picked up on arrival from Kraków airport and taken to the Ibis Styles Hotel. Transport was provided by Oskar to take us back to Kraków for our flight home. I would like to give a big thank you to Gillian (patient liaison manager) in Manchester. The whole experience for me has shown so much professionalism in all areas. Everyone was just so kind and helpful and couldn't do more for me. I was rather sad about leaving as Nowy Targ as it's such a beautiful place. All I can say is very well done to you all. I can't stop telling friends and family about my amazing and wonderful experience with Allmedica. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED .

I am a tourist and found Dr Gilis while searching the internet. His staff responded immediately to my inquiry about an appointment and spoke English. The clinic is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Riga and is very easy to find. The staff is professional, efficient, and kind. Dr Gilis is great! He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I felt quite comfortable with him and with the staff, and knew I was in good hands the minute I entered the clinic. The charge for services was very reasonable which was a big plus in my book! I give the clinic a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10!

Having spent years smoking my face had aged terribly and I approached Dr Oudit to ask his advice. My face lift surgery was excellent and I was then given CO2 Laser by Dr Oudit to sort out my skin. It has taken 10 years off me I keep looking in the mirror and can't believe how fresh I look. Thank you Mr Oudit you have been amazing.
