Dr Onuma is a talented and caring professional with a demonstrably sincere and genuine interest in providing the absolute best outcomes for his patients. Even before I decided to become his patient Dr Onuma surprised me by personally contacting me by phone to respond to and discuss my original email query the day after receiving it. This type of personalised service continued throughout my time with him. Dr Onuma has always encouraged me to bring up any concerns I have and has been open and transparent with his responses. I have always felt heard and respected and never felt rushed during phone calls or in-person visits. Due to a long history of dismissive and negative experiences by other professionals in the area of women's health, I had avoided or otherwise tried to ignore the problems I had lived with for so long. I am so grateful I found Dr Onuma. To date, the treatments and services I have received from him and his Nurse have been welcoming, supportive and successful and I look forward to returning for further treatment and surgery when I am able.

I found the Barcelona clinic through a friend who had had her GRS there and following some investigation on my part I decided to have both GRS and Breast Augmentation (so wonderfully called chest feminisation). I was admitted at 8 am on the Monday morning and within the hour I was under general anaesthetic and being operated on with both procedures being done in the one day. I was so happy with the result and the level of care provided. The staff are without exception friendly and attentive and the accommodation excellent (one person I showed a photo of the room asked if I was in a 5 star hotel). The food is another wonderful experience so much so that even after being transferred from the clinic to a local hotel for another weeks of recuperation, we would visit the clinic restaurant for midday meals. Apart from the quality of the medical treatment one other factor that did influence my decisions was the cost, the treatment at the IM clinic is a lot less than I would have had to pay for the same treatment in the UK and, in my opinion, of much better quality.

I had some skin issues. The doctor and staff were very polite and professional. The doctor is very skilled. I can truly recommend this place. Dr Krishna is NOT only a doctor who helps you with external appearance BUT indeed helps in the overall health physically and emotionally. I have been with dr over a period of time and he has helped me with NOT only area’s of his expertises but other medical-related issues. I had gone to him to get some extra bags removed from my body by removing them dr has helped me with overall better health after the procedure my Sugar levels BP has improved significantly. Naturally, I was very concerned about having surgery abroad but the moment I had a consultation with Dr Bazeos my fears were allayed, I knew I had found my doctor. Out of due diligence, I had consultations with other doctors to ensure I wasn’t jumping the gun. That further cemented my decision and I knew I had made the right choice. My journey with Dr Kassab started 18 yrs ago! Since then, I trust everything he tells me on any level. I always knew that the service you get at his clinic is nowhere to be found & life proved it to me when I had to go to someone else after moving out of Lebanon while pregnant with my 3rd kid. Luckily, I had the chance to experience the sweetness of pregnancy process twice with Dr Kassab, from his very detailed explanations to the highly sophisticated equipment he uses, to the in-clinic lab he has, which spares you the struggle of doing the tests anywhere else. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about my experience with the new gynaecologist who barely talked to me or replied to any of my questions without sarcasm, also didn't bother to tell me anything about the baby's health & status. I left assuming everything was fine not to mention that I couldn't see anything on the monitor while she was doing the echo because the image was bad. Anyway, she requested a detailed scan, which to my surprise is done by another dr. at another clinic! Not to mention that the visit cost a big amount of money, knowing that the dr. opted not to charge the echo fees! (God knows how much we would have paid if she didn't). On a side note, this dr. was highly recommended by 4 or 5 of our friends we had to wait for 3 weeks to get the appointment. My husband & I left the clinic very shocked of what we've been through & we called Dr Kassab right away to thank him for every time he received us with a smile & good attitude, for the relaxed feeling we got every time we walked into his clinic, for this relationship that felt more of a friendship.
