I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. Kellie is the ultimate Laser goddess! When I first went to Kellie I had quite thin skin (especially around my eyes), red capillaries and dark spots ( sun lover). My neck was also displaying some loose skin which I was not loving, and in honesty, I wasn't sure of what could be done. I had been told by other people that a facelift was the only thing that could fix the fine, loose wrinkled skin near my eyes. This option was not for me. Fortunately, after consultation with Kellie, it turns out they were incorrect! After completing a subderm package through Kellie I can honestly say my skin is amazing. The spots have faded, capillaries have disappeared, my skin has tightened all over including my neck. I look back on my skin before this and how much more confident I feel in myself now. I am actually amazed that it was achievable in such a short time and without surgical intervention, to be honest. In my own personal experience, the subderm was well worthwhile and it continues to build collagen and work its magic over time. The compliments I receive are really just a bonus to my own happiness. Highly recommended :)

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.

Best cosmetic doctor in Sydney. He’s very nice and easy to talk to and has been doing injectables for over 15 years. I always look natural with my treatments which is important to me. I love coming to this Clinic. They are the best :-)

Dr Alberto Leguina-Ruzzi is a sympathetic professional who followed me through the process from beginning to end. He did not agree with my initial proposal to do a thread-lifting, despite it would have benefited him from an economical perspective, as he felt I didn’t need it and suggested instead a lighter treatment to improve my black eyes. I am fully satisfied with his services and will definitely be back!
