The clinic and the service is excellent. From the initial contact with the clinic to my trip to the airport I was handled by a very nice and helpful person. He answered all my questions in a very good manner, and was very flexible with thr schedule and the operation details. He followed me up to the last trip to the airport. He gave a very good follow up after the operation as well as he helped me with the first wash and followed me up through messages. The procedure was also very good. The location was very good equipped and clean. The team working with me was very competent. Before the operation we decided on the transplantation and harvest area, and the procedure was carried as agreed upon. They gave me hotel stay and transportstion as a part of the package. Great experience here. Had my eyebrow transplantation done at BHI and I recommend anyone who wants to do the same looks no further! Dr Kulakarn is very friendly and professional and caring. Likewise Phung, Wang and many other staff are all very respectable and caring. In terms of the result, it is only my second week, the color is still very dark And prominent, as per the doctor it will take around 1 year for a complete result so I guess it just requires more patience.
