After looking long and hard at all my options, I found Clinic Center to have the best offers. I am 3 months into my recovery and despite some initial nerves from my end, things have been very smooth. My coordinator, Mr. Kaan, explained everything to me throughout the procedure and then Gamze has been providing diligent care for me ever since. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend it, they are a wonderful company.

Outstanding. After much prevarication for some considerable time, I finally decided to go ahead with a hair procedure. That turned out to be the best decision that I have ever made. It is worth pointing out that never at any stage during my decision making was I subjected to any hard sell. All the facts were put to me, all the options were made available to me. After a few weeks, I am already much further ahead than I anticipated being with the recovery process and the regrowth of my hair.

My surgeon (Dr Özgür) has a wealth of experience in knowledge in so many different areas and he really knows what he is doing! I went to Onep to do my 2nd rhinoplasty (revision), septoplasty, with upper blepharoplasty and temporal face lift endoscopic. Now that i am 1 months post op, i can say that my nose is so much better, i can breathe without any problem (it was one of my major issue, with the deviation of my septum..) AND i finally got a sexy nose, very natural ! No fake, not to upturned ! They were amazing, so kind and sympathetic with me, I didn't expect them to be so professional, and they were above all my expectations. Thank you ! I also did my temporal lifting and upper blepharoplasty, the change is insane, i look so much more awake. I highly recommend them.

All ladies team. Manager Asli organised everything very well, and still provided a great care after surgery, answering all the questions. Surgery took over 10 hours, and during it, all the team was very professional friendly, caring. Quote was for 3500 grafts, but they did 4800 with no extra charge, where I was pleasantly surprised. As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. From confirming an appointment onwards, a member of the team was in contact with me almost daily via text - they were polite and friendly and always at hand to provide advice. I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything - I felt valued and was treated as an individual. This member of staff was fantastic, friendly and a real credit to the team. He made sure that all of my niggling questions were answered and any unsettling nerves were put to rest. I couldn't be more grateful for the support I felt I had from the team leading up to the day of the procedure. On the day of the surgery, my expectations were exceeded yet again. I arrived on time to meet the surgeon and the technician who were both just as friendly and down to earth as I could have hoped for. They chatted to me throughout the procedure and made me feel relaxed, comfortable and valued. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. I had a hair transplant at the Clinic Center, 3000 grafts. It’s the best thing I have done and I wish I had done it many years ago. Their customer service was flawless, they were great at communicating step by step in detail. I would highly recommend them, very professional.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.
