Let me tell you that symmastia complication is the hardest one to fix. It's the uni-boob that not only looks bad but it's painful.

I got two BAs with another surgeon in Istanbul and both left me with symmastia, he ghosted me and stopped responding to me after the second surgery. I won't lie the entire process was traumatizing! Depressing!
I did extensive research and found Dr.Yilmaz from Medhera Health, he is such a wonderful person, he was so patient and calm. We had 2 video consultations prior and one in person when I landed in Antalya (I travelled from LA).

We had a plan of 3 possible options that he would decide on once we went into surgery. Although I didn't want to downsize much as agreed he prioritized fixing symmastia and replaced the implants with appropriate size and built new pockets to separate my breasts.
I won't lie, the recovery was tough, with limited arm movement and not lifting anything. Although, I also got a small amount of lipo so that on me for creating more pain:)

Medhera Health was incredible, Su is an absolute gem. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable when I was at my lowest physically and mentally.

THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART-
My results straight from the surgery didn't look good, one breast was ever uneven (he had to build new pockets and there was a lot of pulled skin) I was devastated. I stayed in contact with Dr.Yilmaz directly through WhatsApp. We had check in video calls and messages throughout the healing process. HE STAYED CALM and didn't ghost me unlike the other surgeon. He said it will take time to heal and to stay patient, it's hard but trust him and trust the healing process.

In 2023, I had an intragastric balloon inserted into my stomach, and it has been a life-changing experience for me. I successfully lost 27 kilograms, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The Medhera Health team provided exceptional support throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to the post-operation follow-ups. Their professionalism and dedication to patient care were evident at every step.

Had an incredible experience. From the airport to the various screening tests, the surgery, and the aftercare—absolutely top-notch. It was truly the best decision I've ever made. I had lipo of my arms, back and waist with bodytite on my arms. We weren't sure if lipo on the back would yield much results because the skin is thick but it all worked out in the end. After 4 weeks I decided to try on some of my old tops and they fit again! I'm currently one month post op and It's only going to get better once the swelling completely goes down. I came to medhera health last week for rhinoplasty and crowns and I can't thank them enough from start to finish they have been amazing,the person centered care. I had my surgery and I have had no pain whatsoever and so happy with the results and had 20 crowns and root canal treatment. The level of care was absolutely amazing the care coordinators were phenomenal. we got collected in a beautiful transportation. I was always looked after , the clinic and dentist were so clean . I found my Surgeon and Medhera Health were able to secure the surgery date and arrange everything. Hospital, hotel, cars and care whilst in Turkey There was a problem with my collection from the airport that added an hour to my wait on arrival. The driver was sent to a different airport do alot of calls to find out what was going on occurred. It was by then after 10 pm with a journey of 30 minutes to the hospital for pre-meds which were very efficient. Arriving at the hotel after 11.30 pm wasn't ideal. My dedicated assistant was polite and helpful. I was informed my surgery was midday the following day and to expect a pick up 9.40am. A room call at 7am telling me my driver was waiting for me and my surgery was 9am was quite stressful. Feeling rushed pre theatre and getting through early morning traffic added to my stress. An ECG was next and signed off immediately.

My surgery was performed and successful. My assistant with me on waking post-surgery. The cars used were luxury cars. The drivers courteous and collecting me on time for post check up and collecting meds on discharge from the hospital. The hotel was far too big with capacity of 2000 holiday makers. The food was good and i paid for an upgrade to add a balcony. A snaller hotek woukd have been better and more restful. I would recommend Medhera.
