I booked in with Sule all through their WhatsApp service. Everyone is very knowledgeable and happy to answer all questions. On arrival, I was greeted by a rep from Sule and brought straight to my transport. Everything was organised by sule and everything was like clockwork. Always on time and always happy to help. Surgery Group was the right choice because they repeatedly went the extra mile to help, listen to my concerns and guide me through the whole process such that my whole time through the experience was stress-free. I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trishsa.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

They came to my hotel 72km away to pick me up. The opreation went very smooth and they explained every process in English with a very nice American translator who was present the whole time. I was droped off after the operation. Well Done. They have done a very good job. 3500 graft in 1 day. Before I went to another clinic and they asked me to come twice for the same operation which this clinic did in one day.

I came here for the second time, and the results are very good. They make sure I do my follow ups and they explain how to take care of my hair transplant.

Great experience here. Had my eyebrow transplantation done at BHI and I recommend anyone who wants to do the same looks no further! Dr Kulakarn is very friendly and professional and caring. Likewise Phung, Wang and many other staff are all very respectable and caring. In terms of the result, it is only my second week, the color is still very dark And prominent, as per the doctor it will take around 1 year for a complete result so I guess it just requires more patience.

I am (as per other great reviews that I followed) would very highly recommend Bangkok Hair Solution for hair transplants. I’ve been having to recede here since my early 20s. I decided to give them a tr and they did beyond wonderful. Nikki is an amazing employee. She takes great care and follows up for all the clients. I was treated like a family member. I will return again for future hair restoring.
