Hello if you are reading this then you are in the position I was 6months ago. I had a recommendation from a friend of a friend to use Transes Hair Transplant I received the details on the Monday and was in Istanbul on Wednesday Transes picked me up from the airport and took me to my hotel which was nice. My surgery was booked in for Thursday morning so was picked up from the hotel at 7:30 after having breakfast and taken to Transes office which was opposite the hotel for the pre-surgery consultation for approx 30mins and paid the money then I was driven to the Hospital. When I arrived I checked in and they put me in the consultation room where the surgeon drew my desired hairline which would have been on my natural hairline. Once we were all happy I went in for a blood test and a haircut where they shave your whole head ready for the surgery. The surgery then commenced with taking the grafts from the back of my head and placing them in a liquid to keep them for the implanting stage later. The whole surgery took approx 5hrs from start to finish. Then taken back to the hotel room with pain killers (I didn't use all of the pain killers provided as I didn't feel the need) and vitamins. 6months on I am over the moon with the results and I'm halfway through the growth stage so it will only get thicker and fuller. I’ve been wanting to enhance my breast size since college. I am a curvy size 4 but my breast size never seemed proportional. Have been organizing my DHI transplant for a few months with Asli and after an initial consultation I was offered 4000 grafts. Obviously, I had questions every day or 2 and everything I questioned she answered asap. So flew out on Dec 26 and had the transplant on the 27th. Asli sorted everything out for me, including the transfers to the hotels, picked me up for my appointments, and was in touch whenever I needed her. I’m back home now and 5 days since the transplant. There is no pain no bleeding no swelling however it does itch from time to time (unavoidable). Would I do it again? Definitely Would I use Asli again? Certainly Thank you so much
As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. From confirming an appointment onwards, a member of the team was in contact with me almost daily via text - they were polite and friendly and always at hand to provide advice. I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything - I felt valued and was treated as an individual. This member of staff was fantastic, friendly and a real credit to the team. He made sure that all of my niggling questions were answered and any unsettling nerves were put to rest. I couldn't be more grateful for the support I felt I had from the team leading up to the day of the procedure. On the day of the surgery, my expectations were exceeded yet again. I arrived on time to meet the surgeon and the technician who were both just as friendly and down to earth as I could have hoped for. They chatted to me throughout the procedure and made me feel relaxed, comfortable and valued. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. If you are someone that is deciding between clinics, look no further.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.
They came to my hotel 72km away to pick me up. The opreation went very smooth and they explained every process in English with a very nice American translator who was present the whole time. I was droped off after the operation. Well Done. They have done a very good job. 3500 graft in 1 day. Before I went to another clinic and they asked me to come twice for the same operation which this clinic did in one day.
