I met with Novusklinik for a cleaning and a polishing and she was SUCH A pleasure to work with. She made me feel right at home with her conversation and gentleness. I was a bit anxious going into it since I haven't had my teeth touched in a while but she did an amazing job! I am so grateful, I loved the music she played and how clean and beautiful her new clinic was!

Very pleased with cataract surgery in Izmir. Everything went as the plan suggested. Met at airport, from there on in contact with me until final assessment. Picked up dropped off and escorted through all clinic visits. Clinic so clean, very thorough, and everything explained to me. So supportive. Very pleased with outcome. The hotel was fabulous. I had mini thigh lift revision with liposuction. The surgeon was honest with what he was able to offer me to help me towards achieving my goals. I would have liked a little more liposuction to other areas of thigh but found the surgeon a little reserved to offer this. so felt a little disheartened as could have chosen other clinics who were happy to offer a little more ( all be it at a higher cost, which I would have happily paid for a better outcome). however, could not fault the reps and the team in general- always available and very helpful.

When I started my enquiries back in the UK this clinic stood out from the rest, they weren’t pushy for a commitment, they were as thorough as possible with the quote from pictures, always available with my queries and most of all calmed my anxieties. From the minute I landed in Turkey the service I received was excellent, all transfers, beautiful hotel, regular contact, amazingly hygienic clinic with friendly staff with amazing skills who gave me my confidence back to smile. If you’re thinking of going to Turkey for dental work I fully recommend it here, very reasonably priced for the quality, and there are cheaper clinics however I don’t believe the service and quality could match Umut. I’ve now had my beautiful smile since August and the only regret I have is that I didn’t have the work done years ago

Cannot praise Dr Ayca, her fantastic medical staff and her Master's dental surgeon, Dr. Beris, with his gold fingers and surgical prowess, enough. Had my gastric sleeve surgery done by Medhera's doctor on 19/10/23, he came to see me before and after surgery. Very professional and polite doctor I have ever seen. He personally did the dressing of my incisions next day of my surgery, explained whatever he could and made efforts to speak in English. He was like an friend to me never saw a doctor so down to earth. Special thanks thanks to Tolunay the coordinator/translator and Mrs Elif who I spoke on WhatsApp for all their support of answering all my questions.

Came from UK to do my teeth treatment at Perla Dental clinic. I had zirconium crowns, the treatment was with pain free. All staff are fantastic there. My doctor was amazing! Communicated all the times during a treatment procedure. Driver picked me up from airport and brought to the hotel on time transfer was provided back to the airport on my leaving day. When I was in and out of clinic transport was provided in a luxury car I felt very special. Accommodation was provided by clinic at a very good location. I loved the place from my balcony I had beautiful sea view. Hotel receptionists are very friendly and helpful all the times. Breakfast was included and food was nice. Highly recommend Perla Dental Clinic you’re the best !!!! Everything was organised perfectly. Thank you so much.
