Friday I went to the office with no appointment 1st thing in the am, put myself right into the chair discussed a plan and price, pulled 1 tooth, deep cleaned teeth and took impressions for top and bottom cast partials dentures. Returned Wednesday and checked fit bottom fit was perfect top needed some help took another impression and was told to come back in 2 hrs. Checked fit - still was not perfect. Person from the lab come to the office had a look took a picture was told to come back at 2 30 teeth fit perfectly. Took 2 days for my mouth to get used to as have not worn dentures for 20 years. Best fit and service ever. WOULD RECOMMEND.

The most pleasant unpleasant experience that I could have encountered. I was expecting some long and painful dental work. But Dr. Lee was very positive and professional. He took a quick look and immediately said it was an infected wisdom tooth and it could be taken cared of immediately. Took less than 45min from the minute I walked thru the door. The tooth extraction was quick and relatively painless. The toothache was more painful. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and will definitely be returning for more dental work.

I had only a few days left in Costa Rica but wanted to get a couple of replacement mouth guards. I used the WhatClinic site and found that Prisma Dental had good reviews and was located nearby. I chose Camtu Dental after a thorough consultation with Dr Abbey. His calm demeanor and concise explanation that I needed an implant immediately put me at ease and I knew I was at the right place. He said that I would first need a precise extraction and bone graft that would take several months before I can return for completion. The whole process was done with extreme care and was pain-free which was an added bonus. I'm very happy with my decision to choose Camtu's highly skilled Doctors and caring staff. Nothing but positive things to say. I originally saw Dr. Ismael in 2019 and once again had the pleasure of bring in Jordan and having dental work done here. I had a failed implant done in the USA (2022) and a little bit unsure of dentists after that but confident that Dr. Ismael would be able to succeed where the other dentist had failed. Following my implant, I can now smile without covering my face and my words are better understood... and the time and patience he took to get the correct colouring on the crown has been well appreciated by me. I arrived 20 minutes early due to my high pain level and they immediately started the appointment process. The front desk staff, Laura, was very kind and helpful in answering my questions. Booked into the Rose Dental clinic on the day before I was to fly back to Australia. The appointment was made to see them in an hours time, walked down to the clinic from where I was staying near the market. Exceptional clean and professional clinic, I saw the dentist she explained that I needed a filling and a crown. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to do the crown because I was flying out the next day but the filling was done on the spot as well as a thorough cleaning of all the teeth. Fantastic service by very professional people and I will definitely be going back.

This dental practice honored their quote, provided very good service for my implant and it was completed in a reasonable time. The office is very clean and their spokesperson Priscilla speaks English very well and is very accommodating. The only drawback to the office is the steep outside stairs that may be difficult for a handicapped person

They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.

I went to Dr. Chio Dental Clinic and had seven teeth extracted, Torus removed, Reline top and got immediate bottom dentures for $1,455.00. I spoke with Jesus several times during the week before I got there and he was always very nice and so helpful. The dentist that I saw was Eric Lopez and he was great. Also I'm assuming she was a Dental Assistant but I'm not sure what her title was and I can't think of her name right now but she was also great. Thank you to everyone there, I will be recommending you to everyone I know.

The entire office staff and physicians are completely wonderful and I would highly recommend this practice. I was traveling and had a cut on my front tooth and they repaired it flawlessly. I am so grateful to everyone and would highly recommend again!

My 14-year-old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Juan and he did an amazing job. She was put solely on local anesthesia during the surgical procedure but Dr. Juan worked fast yet gentle enough for a young person to tolerate the procedure without sedation. He and Dr. Karen as well as their staff are very nice and friendly. Dr Karen also kept in touch via WhatsApp to monitor how my daughter was recovering. When we had some doubts, Dr. Juan did not hesitate to send a 2-minute voice recording on WhatsApp for very clear instructions. Their clinic provides a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dental service provider.
